Most of my days involve the gym and I had been experiencing significant pain in my lower back. With a great consultation, we discovered was caused by tension in my glutes. After just one visit, I felt noticeable relief in my lower back and Iv been back multiple times already. I went to San Diego for a conference and on my last date I booked a massage with Ross. I have issues with my whole back including neck and shoulder. Ross apply a lot of pressure which is exactly what my muscles needed. A few hours later I was sore but relaxed. I took a long flight and my neck pain was extremely decreased. Next day I exercised and I realized I have recovered so much movement in my arms! I didn't know my tight shoulders were limiting me so much. I definitely felt very loose. Recommend 100%!

He’s so amazing, I’m easily able to say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Easy to schedule with, so strong and showed the utmost care. He was very in tune with my body and what it needed the most help with. He communicated clearly with me regarding what he was working on, asked me how I was feeling throughout to make sure the pressure was right and explained what he was feeling in my body as he was doing the work. I highly recommend booking and rebooking.

Ross is an experienced and professional massage therapist. He applies strong, consistent pressure without ever being overbearing. His knowledge of pressure points and myofascial release is excellent, and he listened carefully to my previous bodywork experiences, incorporating my feedback seamlessly into the session. One of the best deep tissue massages my husband and I have ever had. We were in town for a conference and didn't want to pay hotel prices. We will definitely go back the next time we are in San Diego. Fantastic experience!

Visited San Diego for the week and needed someone to work on my perpetually stiff neck+shoulders, and overall body soreness from working out. Ross was very professional, had a wonderful clean space, and he has probably one of THE BEST massage techniques I’ve ever experienced. Price was very reasonable relative to SD area. His pressure was intense, but he was very responsive to my requests to increase/decrease intensity, and my muscles needed a little intensity to unclench 😆 My shoulders haven’t felt this light in a long time. Definitely the best place if you are looking for a “real” deep tissue massage. I had my first experience with Ross yesterday and once I was done I didn’t hesitate to buy an 8 session bundles. I will be back soon for another great massage at a very reasonable price.

Ross is the real deal. Very strong, thorough and professional massage. I am always amazed at how strong his hands are, because it is a full session with a very good flow and covers everything from head to toe. Problems areas for me are legs and shoulders and I always leave feeling like a ton of weight has been lifted.

I had my first deep tissue / sports massage with Ross today and it will definitely not be my last! As a doctor myself who gets massages daily on account of unique genetic-based muscular issues, I was quite impressed by his knowledge of the human body, his strength, his style, and his nature (he is personable and caring)! One session in and he has proven to be one of the best deep tissue massage therapists that I have yet encountered (and I have seem over 25 massage therapists in this city). I am glad that he will be working in Palm Springs more regularly going forward! Thanks, Ross, for coming back to the desert!

One of the best massages I've ever had in my life. Ross has the strongest hands and goes deeper than most. He's intuitive to your body language and knows the right amount of pressure to apply and when/where to back off when working on a particular body area. I felt rejuvenated after my first session with Ross and will definitely return whenever he is accepting appointments in Palm Springs ... or when I visit San Diego.

Ross is hands down (no pun intended) the best masseuse I’ve had! The deep muscles I couldn't get to with stretching he was able to release and rid my body of the tension. Ross was amazing - easily one of the best deep tissue massages I've had. He communicated well with clear instructions for booking and finding him (has a nice private space in a new building), was very kind and professional and very skilled at what he does. The 90 min session was a great combo of deep tissue and stretching for the whole body, with particular focus on problem areas. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow is what you say after you visit this amazing massage therapist! I was visiting the area and did a number to my back. Thanks to the massage therapist and some suggested back stretches, I am so much better. I highly remember this for anyone that is in need, even if you don't think you're in need! When I return home, I'm going to look into massage therapy. Believe me, you will not be disappointed!

Ross is amazing! I’m a dancer of 25+ years and have had a lot of ongoing pain that not many other specialists would have noticed or even really paid attention to. Ross was very informative, intuitively directed his focus on areas I was feeling the most tension, and I already feel a lot of relief from just the 1hr session. Should have done the 1.5hrs! Really grateful to have stumbled upon him. Would highly recommend!

I just had my first session with Ross and I can say that it was the best massage I have ever had. He would check up on me to make sure the pressure was great and he knew exactly what I needed and even cracked my back which I have never been able to do. The most intense but thoroughly satisfying massage I have ever received. He knows exactly where to focus and uses the right amount of intense pressure to break up the knots and release the built up toxins. Very attentive to how my body reacts to some of the more tender spots and adjusts accordingly. Will be back within the next few weeks to continue to work on some problems areas.

This is my second massage with Ross and the experience has been amazing both times. I took advantage of his flash sale for myself and my BF. Ross is very Knowledgeable and an excellent masseuse with extremely strong hands. I highly recommend him. Great Upscale location with easy To find street parking.
