Used to.be a great place not sure if the staff is just new or if it's diffent owners but the massage i received last night was not nearly as good as ones iv gotten here in the past safe to say if nothing changes I won't be returning

Absolutely terrible experience! Before the spa treatment even started, they demanded a $20 tip upfront. It was completely tasteless and downright rude. A tip should be based on the quality of service received, not a requirement before the treatment begins. Their unprofessionalism and greedy attitude completely ruined my experience. I will never go back, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money at this place

I just had a horrible experience here I came with three people we came to pay for the massage beforehand we paid them and then they make us come to the room and then they tell us we have to give them a $20 tip each person or else they cannot start the massage. you’re not supposed to tell somebody how much of a tip to leave and also, you never leave a tip before the service is done A tip is given based on the excellence of service if I want to leave a one dollar tip or $100 tip it’s up to me not to the provider I will never ever ever come here And I advise all of you to watch out for this scam and never go here again as well. They have lost my business used to be a returning weekly customer and now I will never return again.

(Reply at the bottom) I would give this business a zero if I could. I went there today looking for a place to throw my daughters bday party. She is going to be 15 yrs old, and I wanted her to invite friends for a spa day. I asked for a brochure, but there wasnt one available, so I asked to take a photo of the prices. The woman said NO! She was so rude to me. I left, and it is their loss cause they lost out on a lot of customers! I will never give them business after that. I dont want to know their prices cause I won't ever go back! *A reply: I came in there and did exactly what I said I did. You did not go over the prices. You were standing in front of it and pointed to the price board. I asked to take a photo of the price board to remember for later. Then you were rude, and said, "No". We picked that location because we wanted to try Ginger, the new restaurant, for her bday. Then have a spa day, then do nails etc.. it is all in the same strip. So, If not letting potential clients get prices to set up big parties is ur policy, that is no problem. I'll go else where. Thank you. Have a great night, and stay blessed! *

Great massage technique and experience, very professional, great! Because my shoulder and neck pain has been sore for a long time, and then I came to this massage shop. Unexpectedly, the masseuse gave me a good massage and treatment. After two treatments, the shoulder and neck pain relieved a lot. I will continue to come here for massage👍👍👍

Plz don't come. We told her we will be 3 ladies she said no problem she will have people for massage, 30 minutes on the table no one showed up ,I got up and found out she is the only one ,and no hygiene, the gown that she gave me to put on she put it back on the hanger right in front of me for the other customer, disgusting, she will charge for 1 hour time and will do not even 30 minutes, waste of my time ,and shame on her for lying.

Very nice location, the staff is friendly, which it is not expensive, and the area look clean, I had been there few time now, they have couple different types of massage. After couple times been there, they have fixing me the problem that I have which is scapulohumeral periarthritis. I am very recommend this place.
