Extremely upset with the owner of this "business". The online website is down for bookings, so I was referred by my good friend to reach out to her via facebook. When i messaged her to book an appointment, i was referred to text a number the very next morning. When i texted the mobile number the next morning, i was provided with a price for facials 3 hours later. At that time, I requested a date for the next available weekend appointment. I never received a response that day. Going into day 3 of trying to get a hold of someone, I called the website number, hoping to get a hold of someone to easily book me. I get a geumpy man on the line, to tell me i have the wrong number. Well , that number is listed directly through google isn't it? My last attempt is to call the mobile number i have been texting for 3 days now. Come to find out, the mobile mailbox is full, not able to leave a message. Two minutes later, i finally get a response for an answer outside of my original request. How hard is it to find an appointment, and follow up professionally and timely with a potential new client? As expected, i don't get an answer for a weekend appointment. As a native to the Tampa Bay area, i WILL NOT and DO NOT recommend this unprofessional business to anyone, due to your unprofessional, and untimely response for services. No one should have to wait 5 days for you to get back to someone. Its disappointing to know, especially when you come highly recommended. Bellissimo you spa booked me the same day via phone, and look forward to professional, optimal services with them. You should learn a thing or two from them.
