I tried to make an appointment to get my hair cut but the lady on the phone didn't speak english. I'll never try to get my hair cut there again, and u can bet I'll be telling all my english only speaking family and friends not to use Rose Estetica & Salon.

They really need to get more training and learn new styles. Always butcher my kids hair. Lucky I don't have a lot of money it keeps us people still going to them cuz we can't afford anything else. But some of these ladies there are very nice and I know they can do a lot better if they just stay off the phone and pay attention.

Ruined my son’s birthday and overcharged me. The lady that cut my son’s hair overcharged me for $15 when I told her I want the $6.99 cut that was on the photo display. I clearly stated and showed her the picture and the price. But to make it worst, she ruined my son's hair and everyone is saying it looks ugly and it is! I was on a rush since I needed to make some preparations for his birthday and there are already a lot of people waiting that’s why I didn’t make a scene and just walked away. I need the manager ASAP!!!
