I visited this establishment after seeing a promotional Instagram ad for a $60 facial. Unfortunately, the entire experience, from booking to the actual appointment, was disorganized and unprofessional. The booking process was confusing. It seemed outsourced to someone inexperienced who was working offsite. While the person I spoke with was polite, they repeatedly sent me appointment confirmations with the wrong date and time. I had to call back multiple times to correct the errors. This should have been my first warning, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. On the day of my visit, despite my being late, the technician performing my facial was very kind to me. However, the service itself was subpar. Much of the facial involved sitting alone in the room with a red light shining on my face, which I found unusual. Unlike other facials I’ve had where your face is massaged and they’re explaining what they’re applying, this technician left the room for extended periods of time, and did not explain the products she was putting on my face unless I asked. The chair was uncomfortable— it felt like I was laying on a hard, flat dentist’s chair, that had no support for the neck, back, or knees. My neck and back were very uncomfortable, I was waiting for the appointment to be over so I could stand back up and get some relief. For eye protection from the lights, she placed cotton balls on my eyelids, then weighted them down with what felt like swimming goggles (with stretchy side bands that were disconnected in the back and placed gently on top to balance and hold down the cotton balls). The googles did not seem to have light protection built into them, which explained my eye discomfort throughout the treatment. I had to hold my arm up, covering my eyes the whole treatment due to the brightness and eye strain. It was evident that they lacked industry-standard eye protection, which was also very different from other facials I’ve had. After the facial, I was directed to speak with a specialist in the lobby, who attempted to sell me a $2,000 face mask and a $5,500 red light device. While I listened to the pitch, it became clear that the Instagram promotion was primarily a tactic to sell their expensive products, rather than to provide quality spa services. I declined to purchase anything and left feeling disappointed. I also found the products used during the facial not very enjoyable —they lacked the pleasant scent and quality I’ve experienced at other spas. The atmosphere was not particularly relaxing. While spa music was playing in the treatment room, it was difficult to hear due to loud pop music coming from the hallway throughout the entire appointment. Instead of the calming sounds of flowing streams, I instead laid there listening to music from artists like Fergie and Usher, and was rather agitated. It felt like a new location that had just opened, with people who had little to no experience in the industry running it. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience was far from professional. Between the chaotic booking process, the uncomfortable treatment environment, and the annoying sales pitch, I regretted taking time off work for this appointment and felt the money spent was wasted. Perhaps my experience was an outlier, but as someone who builds Google profiles for businesses, I couldn’t help but notice that many of their reviews appear inauthentic.

I must recommend the amazing treatment I received from the Royal Bee team They stopped me at the mall to show me a great product for my puffy eyes and I decided to buy it and they also offer a face and neck lift. The result is like a game changer. I bought the machine!! So excited to start working on my face. I highly recommend the products and caring service❤️

ROYAL BEE is the place to Be :) This was my first experience with a facial ..Michelle was absolutely great made me feel comfortable and made sure I stayed comfortable throughout the process:) Afterwards I got to speak with Sean he was also great , we talked about my skin and what I wanted to achieve . Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to :) I was having the best time didn't want to leave!! I will be back in a month for my next facial!! Thank you for hiring an amazing staff ♥

Jen has single handedly completely changed my skin for the better. My breakouts were starting to become worse and worse, and when I found Scottsdale Esthetic Center I swear it was like magic. I cannot remember a time my skin was ever as clear as it is now. Not only is my skin transformed, my head space and energy is always cleared and so positive when I leave her suite. I seriously could not imagine not having Jen’s facials part of my routine now!

Michelle is amazing! I went in asking questions and she recommended and performed the best facial for my skin. I was so happy with how my skin felt and looked when I left Michelle and I continue to be so impressed with my skin several days later. I can't wait to go back several times. I have had the best experience at it’s a Scottsdale Esthetic Center! Everyone is super friendly and so inviting. During my visit I received a gold glow facial which was amazing!!! I was so relaxing and Jen made my skin so refreshed and clean!! I also received red light therapy in my face and my body, Jen was so nicely and professional. My skin look amazing I could not be happier with my experience here!!!

If you're reading this, just book the appointment. Seriously. Michelle is top-notch. She’s quick, flexible, and genuinely cares about her clients. When I came to her, I had no clue what I was getting myself into. Michelle didn't just provide a service; she educated me along the way, making sure I understood every step. Her professionalism is evident in everything she does. She’s agile and accommodating—if you can make it work, she will too, and it will be a five-star experience.
