Still one of the best nails salons in New Tampa area. Prices are very fair and service for pedicures they go far and beyond. My daughter was ecstatic with her new nails. She’s super shy and I was surprised the nail tech had her laughing. Staff is super accommodating and very polite. We just love the energy here. Very good people who take their profession seriously.

Thank you so much Chelsea for always taking care of me impeccably. My nails and feet are always so well cleaned and maintained because of her. The owners, staff, and Chelsea are always kind and treat you like family. I love how as soon as I walk in I am always offered a drink. I love the environment as well how it is very peaceful and relaxing.

I have been coming here for years. The staff and service is top notch, and reasonably priced. My nails always look good. No matter who does my nails they are always accommodating to the length and shape I ask for.

Called for pedicure and they were able to take me that day. Le did my pedicure (I chose the cucumber package) and it was an amazing experience! Great job on the paint and design too. I highly recommend this salon!

I got my nails done a week ago and I've been contemplating leaving a review because I never do this. Two days after, I had already broken a nail, my nails already looked grown out, and I had to go to a different place for them to file my nails correctly. Fast forward to now and my nails are insanely grown out after just having them done a week prior. I never leave bad reviews but spending $83 to have bad work done is a little upsetting. They were also reusing the foot scrubs and I had to ask for them to use a new one. I will never go here again and I hope they get it together for other people.

LOVE this nail salon. All of the staff is so kind and friendly. Marianna is amazing! She can replicate any design you want and really takes her time on giving you the perfect shape. So happy I found them

Horrible. I got my nails done on a Thursday to go out of town and by Friday 3 of my nails broke. Come back and advise them that they were too thin and was breaking and I showed them by bending them in front of her and she told me no refunds. Will NOT recommend

I would give them zero rating, they charge more and cheat people with their stupid talking , me and my friends visited this store and they charged us 90$ for each person. We had 3 different options For medicure , they are charging 90$ , Acrylic nails, they charged us 90$ and for Gel nails 90$ , looting people with their charges, I don't recommend this place at all. This place owner is worst. He don't treat people equally.

I’m sorry but charging 100 for refill is ridiculous. They blame it on inflation, but I can order all the supplies on Amazon and the tools for around the same price they charge every customer. They sell the powder for $12 and that includes 4 different colored powders. The nail drill cost $50 for the good one. The fake nails are like $10 for a bunch of them. That’s not even whole sale price. They do a bad job to charge that much in my opinion

Victor and Lisa are amazing!! My daughter and I have been coming here for over a decade and they always give quality work!! Clean and uplifting atmosphere and treat us like family every time! Very welcoming! Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews as from reading them, some seem to have just been having a bad day and others wanted something for next to nothing! You get what you pay for! Thanks Royal Nails!

My toe nails were cut TOO LOW! Sloppy gel painted job. Charged me 70$!!!! Do not go there. I was a loyal customer that tips good and I sat there from 9:30 am till 12pm to leave with my toes looking like this. UNACCEPTABLE & SLOPPY JOB! 2 Photos

After making a 4pm appt I was instructed to sit and wait (for 2 hrs). Finally, I spoke up and got told to sit on their pedicure stations. Again, more sitting, and no one to even turn on the water. The main issue is their lack of attention to clients with appts. Just because I'm a regular does not mean I deserve 2nd rate treatment. I cried and it was embarrassing. I just wish they acknowledged their appts instead of forcing me to make a scene.

I got my nails done in September and Victor is an AMAZING nail tech!!! My nails have never looked better but unfortunately I can’t return anytime soon :( They were not taking covid precautions like putting up a plastic shield in between the customer and nail techs which was very disappointing because during these times it’s important to be extra safe. Another thing was that they are on the pricier side. Not sure if I was overcharged but I respect each nail salons prices so I’m not too upset. When I asked the price they seemed a bit unsure and gave me a price on the higher side but at the time I was ok with paying the price because my nails looked so good and I see that they work hard but looking back I don’t think I would pay that much in the future. I would definitely come back once covid calms down and they take more precautions :) Regardless I think they are definitely talented nail techs and if you do decide to go, book an appointment with Victor you won’t be disappointed!

I tried this place for the first time and it was the worst experience ever. I don’t know if the guy was new or not but he really didn’t know how to do the pedicure or manicure. Didn’t even scrub or wash anything really. It was a waste of my money and time. Highly don’t recommend it. Also, they’re not very clean or professional. He couldn’t understand what I was trying to say and didn’t give the service for the high prices they charge.
