I understand if you’re busy. But say that when we call. I sat there for 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. My cousin was already finished by the time I started. I was going to get a design but they were taking a while. So I stuck with a solid color. This is not how nails are supposed to look. If you don’t have time, the patience, and skill, you shouldn’t be doing them.

We initially went to another spa, but they were busy, so we called Royal Nails. At Royal Nails we usually get the "Its been a long day" package for $45, we like the sanding of the feet. This time we got gel paint so we could wear shoes instead of sandals on a 32° day. The gel costs $15 more per person. They did a fantastic job!

We love coming to Royal Nail! They do a great job every time and are so friendly. We live 25 minutes away but drive here every two weeks because we trust them to take care of us!

I went with my friends to get our nails done before we went off to college. This was not our usual place, but the only time we had to do this was on a day where our usual place is closed. Service was great at first but when the nail tech was painting my nails she argued with me about what color I wanted and she even changed one of my colors last second. When we got up to the front we were appalled at the price. I didn’t even get tip extensions and my nails were $110 vs our usual place where it’ll be somewhere from $80-$95. And to put the cherry on top three days later I’m in the doctors office with an infected toe from my pedicure.

Best pedicure in Parkville. This place rates way above the competition. Did not feel rushed and they took care of ingrown nail. Ask for Anna if you want to be pampered, she won't disappoint!

Got dip nails by a different technician and the nails started cracking, chipping, nails broke underneath, peeling 2 days after done. Tried to call the shop and the call wouldn't go through, to speak to someone. I even sent a message via an automated system. Disappointing. Update: I returned a week later and showed what had happened. That was the soonest I could get in (with working a job) nails were redone(great) BUT I was charged full price for the new set. I still tipped bc it was a different tech. Then few days later, from what I could tell the nail tech that did my nails called me....wanting me to change my review and why it was so low and to give me my tip money back. Now why would I do that? I shared my honest experience as to what happened (see above). I tried to reach out and get them to "make it right". Then when I went in--zero effort was made in service recovery (remember I paid full price for a new set). I told her I wasn't changing my review. It would stand bc that is exactly what happened and google review is for the customers to share their experiences. Fast forward, on-going timeline, I still wanted to get services done there and an attempt to allow them to redeem themselves, bc let's be fair, things do happen. Well, I called to make an appt, they are busy or can't see me on that date. I even called for a last minute appt, guess what? They are busy. I am sure I missed an appt too due to being on call for work. (Prolly didn't facilitate happy feels towards the situation). By this time, I couldn't help but feel like some passive aggressiveness going on with all the new found "busy"(it hadnt happened before leaving an honest review). At the end of day... I would say all is well as long as you don't have any issues. If you have issues and bring those issues to light in Hopes of issues being resolved professionally. Good luck. There won't be any accountability and mistreatment may happen. To the owner if you happen to read this:do not call me to change this. I haven't told anything that wasn't true. Just please do better with future clients. Thanks for reading!

I did a walk-in appointment and only had to wait a short time. The stylist I had was great! I got exactly what I asked for. The shop was very clean and seemed super organized. I will be back for sure!

Scheduled a 9am appointment. I sat for 30 mins waiting. Only for lady that came 20 mins after me as a walk in to be moved to a seat to be started. This isn't the first time it's happened. It's just so conveniently located I try to deal with the service. I left at 940am today to travel to Rockstar Nails where I always feel welcomed and the take walk ins after appointments. And go in order.

The employees are wonderful. All seem to be very experienced. The atmosphere is pretty and very neat. They have a fantastic selection of colors. They serve you wine or water while you get your toes or fingers done. They have a lot of nail technicians, so the wait is short. I highly recommend this place.

This place is the worst. I went years ago & got left in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes. Today called for appt, went at time- surely that was just bad luck right? Sat for 20 minutes- barely acknowledge until I get up to leave. I can’t believe people go here & like it. Wild.

It's hit and miss. I've had 6 french tip dip manicures here. Never any tips. I've had 3 good ones and 2 bad ones and 1 meh one. After my first bad one I started requesting a tech that I would hear people ask for in hopes of better quality. The first service was great, 2nd service it started cracking after 3 days, and the 3rd one started cracking on day 2 which caused two of my natural nails to break. One broke so bad I had to get a tip put on at the new salon I'm going to. I think the tech is great but it seemed like he was using regular top coat with the dip powder which probably caused it to fail so soon. If you're using bad products it doesn't matter how good the tech is and it's not worth your time or the $60 if it doesn't last at least 2 weeks. I'd go somewhere else that is consistent with quality. Yes, I could have gone back and complained to get it fixed but that's not my style, I'll just go somewhere else.

These folks are the nicest nail techs in Parkville! Their attention to detail and level of service have me driving all the way from the heart of Liberty. I probably pass 25 nail salons on the way but I know right where I’m headed every time I need a little pampering!!

I am a very picky person when it comes to doing my nails and went to 4 different places in the area until I came here and absolutely loved it. I've been seeing Nina for 4 years now and the quality of her work is the best. Pedicures are very thorough and well done. I usually do dip powder and my nails are as thin as paper and she always is very careful and gentle. She makes me feel so comfortable and makes the effort to know your style and what you like or dislike in nail designs/color. Highly recommend Nina!

Ic I can give them another Star I will! It was my first time going there and I loved it. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to be and it was done. They are professional and treated me as if I was any other client.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. After over 3 years of going to this place I will NEVER be back after tonight! Don’t get me wrong they do great pedicures and great nail dips but the service tonight better yet lack of service will have me looking for a new salon. Hadn’t been in almost 3 months (due to a long hospital stay & having a baby 2 weeks ago ) so I went for a pedicure and dip set walked out after more than 50 minutes of being there with nothing more than my feet soaking in cold water for over 30 minutes! 😒Walked in right before 6pm for a pedicure the guy in the first station mistakenly thought I was his 6pm appointment. she was late so he proceeded to start on my buffering nails until she showed up late but he still asks me to get up & wait so I did foolishly thinking some one would take care of me instead. 10 minutes later they take me to a pedicure chair. Another lady finished with her client proceeded to sweep the whole pedicure station & a man came in for a pedicure waited 5 minutes at most & was taken back for his pedicure & a different lady started on his pedicure all while I am still sitting here with my feet soaking in water that is now cold at this point bc it’s been over 30 minutes. As I am getting a towel to dry my feet because as I’ve waited enough & I am about to leave 2 ladies try to tell me the guy was getting finished w/ the other lady. Trying to say sorry we are short staffed. The place had at least 6 workers in there & 2 that finished their clients that could have started on my pedicure or dip set one started on a customer who hadn’t even been in there for 5 minutes yet. Horrible customer service!! If you can’t take care of the customer let another one of your staff take care of them instead of trying to be greedy making the customer wait almost an hour all for that $20 tip you wanted that could have easily been made by another staff member tonight & you wouldn’t have lost a returning customer. Again great pedicures & never complained about my dip set or dip designs always fantastic job & they last long but tonight was the WORST customer service I’ve experienced in the 3 years of I have been going there.

This place lies about their prices. They showed on their website a student discount, which we even asked about before they started. Once they were done they played dumb and jacked the price up, and then said the student discount wasn't theirs, even though it showed so on their website. Don't go here.

Didn’t wait for service! I got pink gel nails and my sister got silver sparkly gel nails for a total of $75 + tip. The nail techs were nice and they were quick. Will go back again!
