LOVE this nail salon! It's so calm and serene here. Excellent place to relax while being pampered. An is fast, accurate, friendly and has a great sense of humor. I've been to several nail salons in search of the best place to get quality work done in a totally zen atmosphere. Royal Nails and Spa is THE place !

I loved going here! It was my first time and I showed them a picture for Inspiration and they copied it to the exact photo, just how I wanted. Will definitely only be coming here from now on!

Since management has changed, I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service. I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment for me to be waiting for 20 minutes on an empty chair with barely any communication. I drive 25 minutes to get there, and If I can be on time from across town they can at least communicate why I'm waiting for my appointment to even begin. I will not be returning. They clearly don't want my business. Service sucks. Found a better more attentive nail shop who is actually worth it. And you guys at the nail salon quote everyone 15 minutes. Like I stated it was already 20 minutes. Regardless you guys suck. I think you guys aren't aware what 15 minutes actually is.

Called ahead for a walk in to get a full set soaked off. Did not get them soaked off, they were pried off w/a piece of acrylic nail tip. And left w/this.Ouchh🤕

First experience and it was amazing! I went in with a picture of what I wanted for Christmas nails. They duplicated it with ease. What a wonderful experience. They were friendly and professional and quite frankly, very fun! Highly recommend!

i used to come here constantly for kyana but ever since they got new management i never went back until today, they close at 6 and let me come in 45 minutes till close and they were super friendly and fast !!! im obsessed with my nails, the shape and ombré is gorgeous!!!!
