Super friendly woman who did my nails, but not worth the money i paid. They look fine in their lighting because its dim, but once you get home and really look you'll notice things such as bubbles, uneven shapes, lumpiness, specks of stuff in the polish? It's honestly one of the worst sets I've had.

One word horrible! Disgusting attitude no customer service. Then you ask for the price and they don't want to tell you the price. Save your money and time!!

This place is horrible I took my 4 year old daughter to get her nails painted with a gem the painted one coat of paint and then added a charm on her thumb I was getting a removal they literally ripped my nails off with another nail and then charged me 50$ 20 to rip off my nails and 30 for a 4 year old , get nails peeled within one hour of getting them and charms already fell off ! 10$ for a he charm and ! I love tried to call them and I also requested a refund and they denyed we were there a total of minutes most unprofessional place and get pressuring other services

my nail tech did such a good job !!! i showed him the photo of what i wanted and he matched the colors and design nearly perfect. he also did a few other creative things with my nails like the gold specs and bow which turned out so unique. i’ve gotten so many compliments and they’ve lasted me a few weeks now!

This place is terrible....They charge you 10.00 for a nail repair. The nail was put on sideways than she go try to fix it by packing it with acryllic instead of taking it off and redoing the nail... Just leave it bc your done. This is the reason I stop getting my nails done in Charlottesville..They all are the same!!! WHERE IS SAM FROM BACK IN THE DAYS!!

I have had a number of pedicures here in the past that were what I would consider four stars, but today's experience was bad enough that I'm not sure I will return. It was super rushed, I did not get all of the services that were supposed to be part of the package, the person doing the pedicure provided very poor service, and then I was overcharged.

They got me in quickly for a pedicure and did a great job. Not to mention, there were two adorable resident corgis hanging out which definitely made the experience even better!

HORRIBLE my pedicure was very rushed .. almost all my toes had polish on the skin and one of my pinky toes was half painted… also had gel polish removed from my fingernails and they charged an extra $35 !!! for a gel fingernail polish removal ??

I’ve been going here to see Alex. Let’s me first say each time I go It seems to be a different price. Fill in, full set or pedicure. There are not listed prices on the wall. They seem like they are being nice and ask if you want a design. They don’t tell you it’s $5 each finger. I did not ask for each finger to have a design and when I left On the 4 of July he drew like a little kid in each finger and then charged me $90. Last time I wemt For a pedi you had a choice of $25 or $35 that included polish. Now you can only choose the $35 and they charge $15 for polish. If you ask for them to break down the price at the end bc you are so shocked they seem to get upset. No posted prices, dirty salon and not clear communication. They did a good job on my nails for a while but last time within 1 week each nail was chipped and one broke right off bc the acrylic was so thin this go around. Do not recommend

This place was interesting to say the least. First the nail technician look offended because I wanted just a regular pedicure which they don’t really have listed on their menu. I told her the reason is because I am diabetic. was looking for a place to come to regularly because we just moved back to the area. THIS IS NOT IT!!! The tech rushed and it was like she didn’t want me to come back!! AND… the chair didn’t work and the arm rests and cup holders are filthy!! If you are going ask me to pay for service at least let the area where I sit be clean!!!! They appear to be so nice to you until it’s time for you to leave and of course give them a tip, which I did. It wasn’t my standard tip which is normally 20% but I felt the tip was comparable to the service that I received. If I have any advice to give the folks at this Nail Salon please stop judging a book by its cover or its color. You never know who you are providing a service for and how they can be a tremendous blessing to you. I will never visit this place again and if you want good service and want people that care about how they’re providing that service please don’t come to this place.

When I say this place needs to be shut down immediately. I mean it. The way this man waxed practically my entire eyebrow off is horrible! Not to mention there was wax in my lashes! This is little robbery. I pay good money for my services back home but $67 for a gel polish change/reshape and some uneven eyebrows is insane! It’s sad that this is the type of “service” you guys offer.

By far the worst pedicure in my life! The guy was super rude, cut my toe, service was awful and painful. My feet were shaved with a cheese grater with only water on me feet, had to continue to ask for things during my service (to push cuticles before cutting them, no cuticle oil nor lotion was ever put on my feet, did not want to put the toe separators on before painting). My feet feels worse than when I went in. I had to ask at beginning of service if the metal tools were clean as they were spread out in the open on his caddy. If I could give zero stars

I’ve had really positive experiences here. I’ll stop by in between meetings during (what I hope) are slower times and get in and out right away. The staff are friendly and attentive and if I’m worried about it taking too long or being busy, they’ll take reservations if you call ahead. I’ve never had problems with the quality of my manicures and pedicures and have done regular polish, gel, dip powder, and added sets depending on the occasion. I also took my daughter and five of her friends here recently for her 13th birthday. The staff were ready for our reservation and the girls loved the experience - especially the corgi that is usually lounging somewhere around the salon.

TLDR: Woman was great for pedicure. Man heavily pressured me into a more expensive nail thing that I said no multiple times to and did a trash job. Went for a gel mani/pedi to treat myself for my birthday, it was awful, and I think others need a warning. Woman who did my pedicure was great. However once it got to my manicure the man came up with tips and some (acrylic?) stuff. I said no, I just want gel. He put the tips away and kept going with the filler. I said no again, I just want gel. He said no no you'll like it, and I said I don't like the feeling of that on my fingers so just gel. Again, he said no we'll just do a thin layer and try it out and I finally gave in (unfortunately). I realized in order to take it off the "experiment" nail he'd probably file my already thin nail to nothing. I still hate the feeling, my nail beds hurt, and am stuck with it. The shape is terrible, looks like there are little marbles on my hands. There's space between my cuticle and the polish so it looks like it's a week or so old, and my cuticles are absolutely DESTROYED with a bonus of bleeding, and it was expensive. I asked him to clean up my cuticles and he lightly worked on a couple fingers. Didn't make a difference, and said we shouldn't do too much. Only positive was the color I chose. You'd think after explicitly saying "no" 3 times you'd get the picture. Was like a creepy guy at a bar who wouldn't leave you alone. Never again.

This place awful. One of the WORST PEDICURES EVER! The lady is so nice but that man in there with the glasses is so LAZY he so worried about the two men playing cards that I didn’t even get a full effective clean pedicure! AND then want 55.00! I still got skin hanging🥴 I just wanted a pampered day 🥴 On the holiday and what I got was sloppy work, card game and the man tapping my leg after 15 minutes saying shoes, no lotion no nothing. He saw my face and asked when he was so called doing my pedicure “is everything okay?” I looked at him and waited to see if he was going to correct his work, I finally said no Polish no thank you, he said since no Polish it’s 10.00 exactly because I took your gel polish off to do the dang pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE
