For the past several weeks, I have been getting in the body contouring and slimming treatments. I have been highly impressed with my results so far! The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly! I have already scheduled a different service in a couple of weeks.

My massage therapist talked the entire time non stop. She Left the room three times during my massage, once for over 10 min and left the door wide open. This does not seem like a legitimate business and seems like it’s not up to health codes.

Went here and will NEVER return. Very unprofessional staff, unprofessional conversation with said staff, and an all around unenjoyable time. The staff repeatedly left the room to answer phone calls. Which I get you’re running a business, but the current client is primary… non-stop gossip about nothing remotely important at the moment which made for an unrelaxing and even more unenjoyable time. It’s awkwardly quiet, no soothing sounds for a place that is supposed to be a relaxing location. And to top this all off the staff did NOT change bed sheets between clients. Come on, it’s 2022 and 2 years post COVID-19…that should be a priority!!! Would recommend looking elsewhere.

I originally went here for vacuum(butt plump) so I booked an appointment for my mom, sister, niece to going for a spa treatment but Morgan wasn’t available to see what slots she had so I said when I come fit the spa day I’ll book then. My package was a 2hr package but I only spent 1hr in there after spending over $800 for all of us. I ended up booking my (non-invasive) bbl; vacuum, and made a deposit at that time. At the time of my appointment Morgan was no longer working there so I call and asked if I would still be able to come in for my appointment( if the equipment was available) she convinced me it was, so I followed through with my appointment. Again, it was a 2hrs package only spend 1hr in there and didn’t get what I paid for. I gave 4 stars because I like the staff!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. I got a couples massage for my parents for Christmas. They stated the lady talked throughout the ENTIRE massage about all kinds of inappropriate things. My mother said she felt like she was a therapist with all the talking she did. My dad said the massage wasn’t that good and it hurt at times. They also had to have their appointments at different times due to them being short staffed. If I had known that I wouldn’t have bought a COUPLES massage.

I have received Excellent communication regarding appointments and extremely Relaxing massages from Melanie & Morgan. The tension is released the moment I’m in the spa and it only gets better with the music, awesome conversation, soothing lotion & muscle care! Looking forward to the aesthetic services to tighten and tone areas where time is taking it’s toll☺️

I was not happy with my experience here. The lady played music from her phone, and was talking most of the time while I was trying to relax. Parts of the talk was a sales pitch about other services + asking intrusive questions such as: "what is your nationality" "why did you immigrate to the US", "is your husband American", "where does he work exactly" "did he pay for this massage". I felt like I was interviewed by US immigration services. I had a body scrub and a massage. I didn't appreciate her touching my face without washing her hands right after using the scrub and body oil, my face broke out the next day. Also, as i was leaving, she asked when I would schedule my next facial, I mentioned if I do schedule anything, then it will be for a massage, not a facial, but she was trying so hard to convince me to schedule a facial because quote "they're more expensive". I would never come back here. Also, if you got the Groupon for a package, it's a total waste of money. Don't do it. I paid around $130 or so for the package to include the facial, the massage and the scrub. Instead of getting all of those as a regular package does, she squeezes everything in less than an hour. You will get 20min of terrible massage, 15min facial, and 15min scrub....it's very misleading.

This place is top notch! Facials leave your skin glowing, fresh, and amazing! The new place is warm and welcoming. Their custom designed products are something you'll want to ask about! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing the owner was perfect very polite conversation and a even more amazing deep tissue massage! This was my first but will not be my last even got a 50% off my next visit text message sent to me before I left the office! very professional! Very relaxing! Royal pampering Day spa hooked me up!

Unfortunately my experience was not great. The office space was very unorganized and unclean. I was unable to enjoy my massage due to the masseuse talking the whole time. Music played from their phone was hard to hear. No aromatherapy was used which is typical in this setting. Would not recommend.

Went and got the foot detox, the staff was very professional. I got there the same time as one of her other appointments, and she was there by herself, but was very good at taking care of both of us at the same time! Thanks
