Had my first experience with The Royal Rhino Club. My son was getting married and I didn't want my hair cut by another nameless, faceless, big chain. A good friend suggested I go to The Royal Rhino Club, this was very good advice. I explained to my barber what I like and what my hair does that I have learned live with. The whole time I'm talking, he's listening. When I'm done he looks at me and says "I know exactly what I want to do", I like to defer to the professionals, after all, I'm no barber or heart surgeon. When he was done, and I saw my haircut and beard trim I could not have made a better choice. Gary is now my barber. Thank you very much.

My fiance went here for a beard trim and a straight razor shave on his head. He came home and his head looks like he has road rash. He has a huge cut. In addition, I notice several spots on his head that were missed completely. Really disappointing for the cost he paid. Accidents happen but clients come here for expertise. He did say the barber was extremely kind and he liked him a lot, but honestly just disappointed that this was his result when we expected more.

Having tried several shops in Columbus, Royal Rhino is definitely my favorite. Very chill, open atmosphere. Friendly and not aggressively bro-y locker room stuff. Great staff, affordable, great cuts. Treat yourself and go here.

I’ve had Xavier do my hair several times now. He is patient, kind and a nice person to talk to. He shows a lot of attention to detail with my hair. Please keep him around

2nd time being here for a mens haircut. 1st time was great my hair came out awesome with clean edges and blending perfectly, was shampooed and conditioned and was well worth the $40 + 20% tip. So I planned on coming back as soon as my hair came to length. I went in a few days ago with a different barber due to schedule constraints and he was extremely nice and professional, however, felt rushed with cutting my hair. Instead of the advertised 40 minute haircut my hair was done in about 25 minutes, was not blended well, edges were not clean and I am not sure if shampooing/conditioning of hair comes with the haircut but was not given this time around. I enjoyed my time and conversation with the barber so still gave him a 20% tip but was not satisfied with the quality of the haircut at the premium price. My hair was done good but not to the accordance of a $40 price tag. I was recommended by a friend to try a different place out in town for next time. I think to retain customers a level of quality should be adhered to across all professionals.

I highly recommend this barber shop and especially my guy Gary. Good customer service, easy online scheduling, and great haircuts for a good price. Gary has been cutting my hair for the last 6 months and does a great job!

Just arrived today for a 2 day conference, I needed a haircut since my usual barber wasn't available. I found this place on Google Maps since it was close to the hotel. It was a little confusing trying to figure how to park. The parking lot is one way and so is the street it's located off of. I didn't know that and ended up at the exit so I had to drive around the block to get to the entrance. After parking, I walked into this place and was instantly greeted by the receptionist. She was able to book me an appointment as a walk in. Tony was my barber. He did a great job at cutting my hair and beard trim. Too bad he doesn't live in Knoxville TN. I would change barbers! Thanks Tony!

I used to go to this shop like 4 years ago when I lived in Ohio. I moved to New Mexico and then to Arizona since then and I haven’t found anything nearly as close. Not just the haircut, but the professionalism and structure of the business. If you schedule an appointment, your appointment is held and honored unlike MANY barbershops where walk-ins are taken before you if you have an appointment. If you get a chance, ask for Micah, he’s amazing!!

Linda took great care of me and my two sons! Her bald head razor shave is the best in town! Great venue with many interesting decorative features as well as a pool table, darts and a nice beverage selection. Excellent customer service and the casual atmosphere is the best part of going to the RRC. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place to visit if you need a quick haircut or trim, or to get the full pampering straight razor shave, beard trim, cut, clip wax or whatever you need! I thoroughly enjoyed this place, felt better when I came out, and had great conversation and atmosphere the entire time I was there. Went in looking like a homeless man, came out looking like Tom Cruise... Okay, maybe not, but I look way better than I did for sure! Make sure you ask for Alix, but all of their employees are absolutely fantastic at what they do, and unfortunately I can't remember the nice lady with red hair who was at the desk who was absolutely fantastic as well! I will be back 100%, and I won't let myself get to the homeless point this time! Thank you so much RRC!!

Being an Ohio State student from out of state I always struggled finding a good barber who was consistent and did a good, thorough job. I tried Royal Rhino and was pleased from the start. My guy Cyle does an awesome job and always gives me a clean fade and nice trim on the top while adding natural, unforced conversation. Furthermore, he always tapers the back cleanly and doesn't leave a blocky finish, something that was common in other barber shops. All around great place that gives you a great cut, may be a bit pricier but it is well worth it.

I usually just go to great clips and was kind of intimidated to go to a formal barbershop for a haircut. But Linda was amazing and made the whole experience enjoyable all around. She was easy to talk to and gave me the best haircut I think I’ve ever had lol. I’ll probably not ever make use of the drinks offered or entertainment available while you wait, but I plan to come back and actually know what I am going to get with the same person instead of rolling the dice every time I’d go to great clips or something similar.

Very cool place and concept. You can get a straight razor shave, beard trim and hair cut while drinking your favorite beverage (burbon neat). I would absolutely recommend to any man wishing to pamper themselves with a manly experience.
