My friend and I got a massage here today, and skill wise, the person who gave me the massage was really amazing. Wish I got her name. However, I give this place a three star because after our massage, when we went to go pay, the front desk lady chose the amount of tip herself. She said something along the lines of "$80 each, $160 in total (for both me and my friend), so I'll charge $200 including the tip." We were going to pay tip regardless, but tips are discretionary and they should not be demanded. Also, the person who gave my friend their massage kept leaving the room every few minutes and coming back a minute later. This repeatedly happened throughout the hour massage time.

Great massage, she really took the time with legs, arms and head that most therapists just don't give that much attention to. I got a 90 minute session. Paid with card upfront, no up selling, tipped cash after the massage. It's not a high-end place, but clean and nice. They keep the hot oil and towels in a central location, so they do leave room frequently, some people freak out over this, no big deal to me.

I came here for a massage, the Spa is super clean and with very relaxing ambiance. It looks like the owner did am Amazing job on decorating the rooms and that everything smells fresh and clean. Cara did an amazing job on full body massage locating all the knots and applied the right pressure, looks like he knows what he is doing. I left very rejuvenated and my body was fully restored and detoxed. The Spa appears to be located on the second level which was very quiet and away from the noise that's coming from the moving cars in the parking lot. Parking was easy and I had a great experience. I will come again.

Brand new clean and proper massage parlor with easy parking downstairs. Im, the owner, was super kind and customized my deep tissue massage given that I was five months pregnant. My husband also really enjoyed his acupressure massage in our private couple room. We both felt like the therapists knew exactly what they were doing and worked out all the stress in our pressure points. I like that they also give you an option of not using oil so that you can go about your day afterwards without a shower! This might be my new go to place in LA!

I got 2 hours deep tissue+gua sha massage from Mr.IM I'm usually very picky and sensitive about the deep tissue massage; the most of the massage shops don't really care about blood point and nerves but Mr.IM knows what he's doing and he's knowledgeable. Once you get a full massage from him you will know what I mean right away. I highly recommend this place.

Just stopped by after finding this place on Google maps… wowwwwww I was in a LOT of pain from a long flight and a heavy toddler but I walked out feeling so much better!!!! Thank you to the incredibly sweet and very strong owner who did my massage. I recommend this spot 10/10!!!!

Outstanding service. The best massage I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been to high end massage places at resorts and other spas for the last 15 years and nothing compares. The attention to each part of the body from the neck to each part of my back was exceptional. (I have lower back pain, right shoulder pain and neck pain where I carry my stress). I bought a 10 90 minute package and enjoy coming here to distress after a long week of work to get my weekend goin.

Recently received a massage from IM, it was fantastic! IM has a great technique touch and entire session left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It's a terrible place. I visited here for a rest, but they smoked and smelled bad until just before I got a massage. They also massaged violently. They seemed to be bothered to work. When I came home and checked, I found a scar on my face. If you're going to visit here, you should know that they can scar your face.

Not real full body massage, I've been here twice and both times addressed that my chest and quads need extra attention (gym workouts) and both time they spend 80 out of the 90 minutes on my back. My quads were never massaged, and both times I've been told "next time". After the first time, I thought I'd give it one more try (the next time) and still my front side was ignored, where I was most sore and and need for massage the most. I've spent over $250 here and I can say it's not worth it, plenty of other full body massages for less money too. I workout hard, and pay good money to release my tension, this place was not it.

Sore and in pain! Today was my day to run errands and pamper myself on my staycation while my daughter was at school. I had a fantastic mani and pedi at a nail salon nearby and was looking forward to a relaxing massage. I selected the Swedish massage, and from the jump, I told the man I don't know like hard pressure massages as I have sensitive areas. During the massage, I asked him twice to go lighter, and he never did. I think he's naturally heavy-handed and doesn't know how to massage lighter. I am 4 months pregnant and was hoping to relax and takes nap, but that was impossible as it was a painful and uncomfortable experience. The place was very clean, soothing music, and the masseuse was a very nice man but unfortunately did not listen to the needs and requests of his client. I am lying down on a heating pad because my shoulders, neck, back, arms a d wrist are sore like I lifted weights for 3 hours and then got a beat up with a bat. The 1 star are for the location, cleanliness, and customer service provided; however, this experience was disappointing and not relaxing. I'm literally crying from the pain when all I wanted to do was relax. I don't write reviews very often, but this was necessary because I paid for a service and still tipped, hoping that the painful massage will be worth it and surprise me by releasing the tension, but unfortunately, it did not. I had to take tylenol and sleep on a heating pad and my 7-year old daughter felt helpless to see her mom in so much pain that hurt with every move. I hope this place does the right thing! PS: Swedish vs Deep Tissue: Swedish massage uses long strokes and light-to-firm pressure to provide gentle relaxation. Deep tissue massage is a more forceful technique that releases tension deep in the muscles and connective tissues. Swedish massage is for more relaxation and to create increased circulation of blood and lymph, for relief of pain, improved mood and better sleep. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

The most thorough and professional massage I have ever had. Ancient Master K.C. does more than the work of 2 people(I would know). I cannot offer a high enough recommendation. Truly an incredible experience that cannot be measured monetarily. From a master trainer of physical fitness, I can say that K.C. is wise and trustworthy.
