This is the worst nail salon I have ever gotten my nails done. My mom got a pedicure and paid for the best one. They rushed through it and only took about 15 minutes for the whole pedicure. We both got acrylic on our nails. We left with pieces of the acrylic all over the skin of our fingers. My nails (the French tip) I asked and showed a picture of very thin French tips. After asking multiple times for her to make it thinner it just did not happen. They are uneven and chunky. Some take up almost half of my nail. My mom’s nails were done poorly as well. Some sides of her nails are not fully painted and her nails are bumpy. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money here it is also not close to cheap. Paid mid 100s for this terrible service.

Wife and I had an amazing experience. We had the nicest, professional, and experienced ladies give us manicure, pedicure and massages. I highly recommend this place.

Was mocked because we were speaking Spanish and they kept calling me Indian after I clearly told them my ethnicity. Paid $200 for 2 manicures, 2 pedicures, and racism.

Beautiful job! I went with my mom and I had Tammy and she had Cindy. We both got mani-pedis with gel nails and loved it! Have been coming here once a year for about three years and we are impressed every time. Definitely recommend!

I decided to do a regular gel polish, without any extensions. My manicurist said the price would be $22, I was surprised by such a nice price, but when she started doing my manicure she didn't treat my cuticles at all, and she applied the next coating on top of the completely untreated nail, which surprised me. She said that I should pay extra for her to push back my cuticle. Overall, the work was done very quickly, my manicurist didn't seem to speak English, so we didn't communicate at all. After a couple of hours my polish was already peeling off, which is what I actually expected.

I love this place! I have been here multiple times and they never disappoint! I went with my mom where I had Tammy and she had Cindy who were both very polite and friendly as well as the front desk. It was fairly empty when we went but , we were there on Wednesday. Both my mom and I got mani-pedis and really enjoyed it! 100% recommend!

caused ingrown nails on my toes and infections in some of my nails on my hands. They trimmed cuticles into oblivion. Lady was extremely rude to me as well because I "looked like I was sleeping" just before going in. I am a mom and I am chronically ill and disabled. This was a splurge for me and I did not appreciate the judgmental attitude.

As needed I go to the Royal Spa and Stephanie gives me a pedicure and a foot massage. I didn’t start getting pedicures until I was 60. I went in preparation for a beach vacation. I was embarrassed by my discolored, odd-shaped toenails. After a two trips my discolored nails are gone. No more painful ingrown toenails. My feet and especially my nails are now healthy and look presentable. The scrub and foot massage are an extra treat. I’m 67 now

I went in for a simple eyebrow wax. My usual eyebrow lady was out of town so I decided to try somewhere else. BIG MISTAKE! I told her I just wanted them shaped, whatever was used, she started and the whole time she was visiting with a co worker and not really taking her time or paying attention to detail, I must've been allergic to whatever was used because my forehead felt itchy and hot, it was super red more than a normal wax(no big deal it'll go away, right?) I wake up the next day with the redness gone but these red bumps and The best part of my eyebrow gone! I went back and asked for my money back. At 1st the lady at the counter tried to play it off till IL pointed out how noticeable it was. No apologies but I got my money back. Now I pray my eyebrow grows back. This place sucks.

me and my friend went here a few days ago. i got a fill and she got an acrylic set. although this wasn’t what set me off, my fill was $70 which seems pricey. while they were using the electric file in our nails, they made multiple of our cuticles bleed and she almost burned a hole in my nail. the design on my nails is okay but my friends nails are chipping and crumbling less than 3 days later. do not go here, now i understand why it was so empty.

Very disappointed, I got a basic pedicure and full set “Both Gel” feet were in the water for maybe 5 minutes and the pedicure maybe took a total of 10 minutes, I always do just a basic pedicure and never has it been that quick, so for my full set of acrylics that night when I went to take a shower my hair is getting caught under the acrylic near the cuticle and ontop of that I had to clean them up because the acrylic and gel top coat was coating my skin, and on day 2 of my toes the polish came off 2 toes! This has never ever happened to me with gel. I paid 112$ plus a tip and I would honestly rather have my money back I’ve paid less for way better quality and treatment… I told the nail tech I just had back surgery and to be easy and she’s pulling my feet making me hurt worse and then my chair was broken so the bowl couldn’t move closer so I wouldn’t have to reach then it smelled like straight sewage

Absolutely horrible place. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before bringing my mom here for Mother’s Day. Save yourself a headache and go get your nails done somewhere else.

My nail tech was nice but the nails weren’t. My friends got there nails done as well and the nail techs were being so rough and rude they got mad when there was stuff we didn’t like that we wanted changed and then proceeded to just talk bad about me and my friends. Wish I could rate this 0 starts

Rating is 0 after today's encounter. I've been coming here for years for massages and pedicures with no issues. I recently tried their eye lash services in Feb. I had been very happy with the service and pleased with Vivian who I prefer to do my lashes. I call to set an appointment to go on lunch for an eye lash fill. I get there before my appointment time and Vivian says your here for a fill, yes for my eye lashes. She thought I was wanting a nail fill. She finishes her clients nails and also assited her with using her card to pay. She gets done with her and says okay let's go back here for your lashes. I get to the room put my purse down and the paper on the bed looked to have been layed on already. I start putting new paper down to lay on and Vivian says it's new I put that down for you. Mind you, earlier she thought I was coming for a nail fill not eyelashes so how did you put the paper down already. I continue to put new paper on the bed before I lay down and also asked her to wash her hands because she had just assisted her previous client before touching my eyes and face. She got upset, saying I'm to picky and she's not doing my lashes. I asked how can you get upset for basic hygiene practice you should already be doing. I left and told her I would take my business somewhere else then. Then she started talking to the other workers in their language continuing to be rude! I called back to speak to the manager after I left and Vivian answers the phone and states she is the manager. I told her if she is, that's a shame because she lacks basic customer service practices. I'm soo disappointed in her. I really liked her and trusted her to do my lashes now I have to start over and find a new tech. This is very frustrating and disappointing!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. my sister came in town and wanted to try this place. The lady was in a rush the entire time, She cut 8 of my fingers!! When she cut me she would look at me to see if I had a reaction and kept saying I was fine. I chose to get white on my nails & the blood was mixed in with the polish & she didn’t even remove all of the previous polish. My nails look awful and my fingers are all cut up. There was polish left all over my fingers outside of my nails. I got gel polish and they’ve nearly chipped all the way off on a couple fingers. I keep my nails done and they’ve never chipped, I’m not rough with my hands/nails. Just an awful job all around, don’t recommend!!

Horrible quality. My nails are big and bulky and I got black stilettos. The thickness of the acrylic is outrageous. She was much more worried about getting it done fast instead of the quality or over all look. I'm ashamed I paid 65$ for something I should have walked out of. The table was dirty and she didn't wash her hands once that I seen before moving the next person into my seat while i was still at the sink trying to remove all the black off of my surrounding skin! I'll never return here

Fastest manicure I’ve ever had and it was terrible. Uneven filing, messy polish job, and my mom, sister, and niece all had similar issues. Avoid this place unless you want to waste $50+ dollars.

I asked for ballerina tips and she shaped them as stiletto. She didn’t trim off any dead skin or do what you’re supposed to with a $55 dollar manicure. Instead of allowing me to wash my hands before she did the final steps on my hands, she put cuticle oil on my nails and massaged my hands with the powder and left over residue on my hands. It felt gritty and gross. I paid $60 for my daughters nails for her experience to be the same way. I definitely won’t be going back there again. I don’t know what happened in the last 6 months for them to be careless with that experience.

I believe this establishment has changed owners because I did not find these reviews accurate. I was able to make an appointment with ease, was seated for my appointment shortly after I arrived. I was getting a dip and care was taken on my natural nails. Staff was friendly and professional. I will return for another dip when needed!!

I would say at best they're hit and miss but mostly miss. They don't bother to remove all of your polish before putting acrylic over it. Whether the next color will show or not isn't the issue. They should be more thorough and start w a fresh clean surface . That's the way you get the best results. Ditto on the nail filing. Leaving jagged uneven edges and moving onto the next step just isn't professional and its shoddy in the end. I left without polish today because I was going to have to clean up the filing and buffing my tech didn't do. Last time.

Let's start with my nails were uneven because I had broke them. They never filed them. I asked for no tips. They applied to tips to all my nails, leaving them uneven underneath. Never touched my cuticles. I asked for them short. And they wouldn't go any shorter. Asked for square. They are rounded at best and not even filed evenly. They made me bleed. They topped the dip with a gel coated that started chipping and lifting within just a few days. They are over priced and I will not go back.

No consistency. 1st time service was great. Provider even set the chair to prefered masage speed, even reactivated it without asking. 2nd time (different chair) only partially worked. Paid for most expensive treatment, tech tried to skip the cheese grater (thats the whole reason for pedicure) 3rd time, after driving from tinker to Penn Square Royal Spa, walked in, for them to tell me they're closed for a Christmas party a full week before Christmas. Don't mind parties, shxx party on, but at least update your business hours onlineto inform your customer base.

REQUEST VIVIAN!!! Went and had a nice older lady start on my nails. She was good but some nails were uneven or bumpy. When shown the design she did nothing like it and had a hard time doing the design correctly. She then called over a coworker and asked for assistance with the design, Vivian realized the nails were misshapen and proceeded to totally reshape and even out the nails and do the most beautiful design! Overall decent experience, but we were there a LONG time for her to fix them.

They charge me 90 dollar to have gel mani and pedi, but it’s only ok. I did not love it.. be careful and be form with what you want and make sure the price before..
