We were able to walk in. The ladies were nice at first but basically harass you if you don't get a more expensive pedicure or if you don't want gel.

1st time going and Kim did an excellent job on my Pedicure! She handled my feet with care and professionalism. Took her time to take off calluses and ingrown nails! I highly recommend. Atmosphere was great and pretty!

DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! There was a pretentious older lady who was extremely rude. Our manicure's chipped the same day. It is obvious they do not like to service children. When we were sat down, they older lady asked how old my daughter was and I told her. She spoke in her language angrily and then the other tech asked us to switch. The only reason i didn't walk out of there was because my daughter really wanted a manicure. They kept trying to sale extra services and then lied about what was printed on their brochure. The were basically scamming by saying there prices had changed. This was after confirming the pricing with the receptionist. Zero stars. They need to close ASAP!

This place is awful and I will never give them my business again. My daughter and I got pedicures today and my technician was pushy and kept trying to get me to upgrade the service. I get that I guess, but I should Only have to say no once. I finally upgraded to the “Elegance” pedicure that was $10 more than the regular spa pedicure. My daughter got the regular spa pedicure and had all of the same treatments that I did. They rushed through everything and the polish has bubbles and has areas that are really thick and bumpy. $50 for a 30 minute awful pedicure. Save your money

I don’t like getting my nails done and I really don’t like pedicures. I was there with a bachelorette group of ladies. They wanted pedicures. I opted to get my eyebrows waxed. It was a “sit up in a chair” kind of thing in the middle of the busy room. Bizarre. She did a good job. Then I asked for just shaping of my nails, and cleaning. To me, this means: soak my fingers in the solution then file the tips so they look good. She started filing the tips of my nails then switched to the top, to rough them up. No! I don’t want that! I pulled my hand away. I told her I don’t want that. Then she said to clean, she had to do that. I said I wanted to soak in the solution. She also wanted to cut my cuticles. No! I don’t want that either! Then she had me look on a price sheet to determine what I want. I said how about if I tip you $10 and you just let me soak my fingernails and file the tips? She sort of said okay. I gave her my hand back and she immediately proceeded to file the top of my nails again! I pulled my hand away and said, “no, I don’t want that!” She dismissed me. I tried to tip her $5 but she wouldn’t take it. I sat there while the women I was with finished their pedicures. I watched the process and I am very glad I didn’t get one. They are a physically painful experience for me, when someone touches my feet. I also didn’t see them bleach the foot bowl after it was done, though they may have done it after we left.

I use to get my nails done at this place all the time with regular polish. I went in over the weekend they kept trying to push shellac I wanted regular it turned out terrible so I went back today to have them redone again she tried to get me to do shellac. I wanted regular polish it’s not as hard on your natural nails. Yet again they look terrible & I spoke with a manager & she said it’s because regular polish is hard to control! Seriously?? No that’s a lie you just wanted me to spend more money for something I did not want! I will not ever be back!!!

I’ve been going here for a while now for manicures. It’s the best one I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve been getting manicures for 35 years all across the country. Lynn is my main technician and it’s always great to see her. Tracy and all the other staff are terrific as well. As long as I live in the area Royal Spa will have my business.

I get my nails done from Lynn and she does a wonderful job however her sister Tracy is rude and their reception needs to know how to make appointments I have made an appointment at 11:30 and the reception put me down at 11 and when I showed up at 11:30 Lynn said I missed my appointment and I did not The girl put me down wrong I just called today to make an appointment for tomorrow Monday and the girls put me down at 5 o'clock I said please make sure you put me down at 5 because you put me down at the wrong time the last time I made an appointment and Lynn was mad at me and didn't do my nails And said I was late. She said OK then 5 hours later she called me back and said did you make an appointment and I said yes you put me down at 5 o'clock..I said see this is what happened last time please make sure you have me down at 5. She said I was getting ready to schedule somebody in your spot that means she did not put me down when I made the appointment. Then Tracy called me talking crazya and told me that I was rude and they don't need my money. Now I know I have a strong voice and so she probably took it as me being rude I took it asn begin firm and assertive because she had made the mistake before.

Literally took off my nails. All of my fingers hurt. I'm so disappointed because I didn't know what to expect. I've only had fake nails one other time almost 20 years ago. I thought I was being a bit of a baby so I tried to take the pain. I kept saying ow and that hurts. I can't believe she pried the nails off the way she did and filed my whole literal nails off. I will never let them put fake nails on again. I used to love their massage and spas with my husband but I won't go back it's a no for me now!!!! I called and the owner was just like yeah sometimes we can file to much not I'm sorry and how to sooth my hands offering my money back for the removal, nothing! it was just pretty cold to be like o well. My sister said they could have soaked them off instead of what was done! Super disappointed overall!

The lady rushed through the pedicure didn’t even scrub my feet! Asked her if she was going to do it and she just did 10 secs on one foot!!!! And totally ignored me the rest of the time I was there! Then she continued to keep clipping my toe nails I asked her to stop because they were too short and it was starting to hurt. First and last time I’m coming here!

The last time I was there I waited before you guys even opened me and another lady and we got pedicures and we also wanted our nails done but people kept coming in and you attended to them so after the pedicures that we both had you said it will be another hour so we would have had to wait when we were there before your establishment opened and I thought that was not right
