The best massage I’ve had in the LA county. Hard workers that accommodate your pressure preference and request. Cash tip is recommended and keep in mind the effort put into your massage because $15-20 is minimal for the quality! Parking is limited, but there available neighborhood street parking near the car wash.

I've been to this place a couple of times. Ok so I went on NYE to get the Thai massage and it was the worst massage I have EVER received. The young lady applied pressure to ALL the wrong spots and I left with a stiff neck.

5 stars off the bat!! I have been going here for more than 2 years, and it has always been my #1 go to location whenever I have pains on my lower back, neck, legs, and upper head. They are specialists when I comes to identifying the issue your muscle has especially if you get a deep tissue or Swedish massage. It's legit. The staff are certified and love what they do to help their clients and newcomers. Everyone is very friendly and will be very helpful to solve your muscle problems. Markie is very good at doing her job, and she delivers every time I have an issue 😁 Today I paid a visit due to a muscle cramp on my calf muscle, and she completely took care of it 😁, now it's time for the healing process 👍. I highly recommend Royal Thai Massage & Beauty for ANYONE who is looking for a good legit massage, anyone who is new to the massage world, and those who want a daily massage therapist to help with their muscle pains. Prices are good as well! 👍 You'll get your money's worth!

It makes me sad to write this negative review because I truly enjoyed my experience, but what followed shortly after was mind blowing. The first time I went to this establishment I had Pookie. She was great. No complaints about the service. Excitedly, I returned but Pookie was not in so I had Linda. She was great too! No complaints. I tipped both 18%. I called in a third time to make an appointment, and the receptionist KK told me I was no longer welcome there because I didn’t tip enough, and the therapists said my back is hard to do. I am a 5’8” female with an athletic build. I’ve seen tall and muscular men leave this spa. How is my back hard to do and isn’t 18% more than should be expected? I don’t know if KK just didn’t want me there (her attitude was off from day one) but in any case what kind of business says this to a loyal patron? I asked for management, sent emails and never heard back so here I am telling the people to be careful. I don’t know if they are racist, but as a black woman I felt discriminated against. Come here at your own risk.

Just left this place from getting a deep tissue massage and I will definitely be goin back. The place was clean and quiet, and the therapist I had did a great job. Perfect deep pressure. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Would like to give a shout out to Jackie, she is very professional and attentive. She addressed all my issues, she is very experienced. My job puts a lot of tension on my back and she helps me walk out feeling like im in a new body! Highly recommend.

Fist time in TEN YEARS I have truly enjoyed a massage. I got the 60 min Swedish massage. Annie was fantastic. Perfect pressure and really worked on the spots that had knots while also keeping it relaxing and enjoyable. Very clean facility, very friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. You have gained a regular. So happy I found this place. Thank you!

Great customer service. Friendly vibes. Relaxing vibes. Price is very reasonable. Great quality massage. Very thorough. Therapist customized my session to what I needed- not a routine. I had a Thai massage combined with deep tissue. I wish I had brought cash to buy some plai balm at the front desk. I recommend parking on the residential area in the back. The business lot has temporary parking only. I will be coming back again. Will be one of my go to places.

I’ve been coming to this massage salon for a while now. Every time I request Coco, this past week I called to book an appointment with Coco and I was very rudely told that Coco “refuses to work with me”. I was utterly shocked and proceeded to ask why. I thought to myself, maybe they are mixing me up with a different client? What could I possibly have done? All the wheels started to spin. The receptionist then continued to explain that Coco was unhappy with me because of my tipping. And the truth is, after every 1 hour massage I am always an appreciative tipper and tip $15. I responded to the receptionist explaining that to her and she said well, I’m sorry but you should be tipping $20-25 dollars. I told the receptionist that I was unaware that Coco was unhappy with my tipping amount and that I would be happy to tip her more because I really do appreciate her work. She then put me on hold to try and get Coco the phone. In the meanwhile, I heard these women whispering and mocking me for 4 minutes on the phone while I was on hold. The receptionist finally came back on the phone and very rudely and bluntly told me, “Coco does not like you, she will not get on the phone with you.” This was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable and inappropriate interactions I’ve ever had on the phone. I don’t know if this is an issue of racial profile or what but I am disgusted by the way they treated me. Banning a customer because you’re unhappy with an already generous tip in this day and age is out right ridiculous. There is already a huge tipping inflation issue in California and being as stubborn as to BAN a customer from your salon because of that is modern day economical profiling. Enough said. If you’re someone who does not have the financial means to tip in the way this institution would seem acceptable, stay away.

I like this place because it is clean, convenient and generally easy to get an appointment. The last couple of times, I've found the pushiness to tip a little off putting. My massage technicians have always been good.

Love this place. They do a fantastic job. Tami is always sweet. I always get the 90 minute massage and makes me feel like I need more time. Get the thai massage and you can always tell them to be soft and light handed. Personally, I like the pressure of a deep tissue massage.

I’ve been here twice and both thai massages were amazing! The space is clean and feels comfortable like a home. The heated massage tables are a very nice touch and the hot stones were wonderful. I plan to come back many more times!
