I was recommended by a coworker to come to royal vanity. I am so happy I did. Love love LOVED the service. I came in for a pedicure, still had my old gel on & acrylic on my big toes. But let me tell you how these ladies actually care for your nails. She recommended no more acrylic & said she was going to apply nail builder gel. She left my nails soo beautiful & said my nails would grow so healthy. Im amazed to see my nails so great without the help of acrylic to achieve that look. they left my feet feeling soooo soft. When they offer you the gel treatment TAKE IT! You wont regret it! Now let me tell you about the attention you get from the moment you come in, its everything ! They even offer you something to drink, something you never see anywhere else! I will be returning !!!

I booked an appointment online for 9am. Received a text asking me to confirm which I did. Received more texts and emails prior to the appointment reminding me of it. Maybe they should send texts and email reminders to themselves too since they never turned up. Waited for 30 mins, texted and called, no response. They also have a cancellation policy where if you cancel or don’t turn up they charge you, but of course if they decide not to turn up there are no consequences. Thanks for wasting my time this morning.

Mi experiencia en este lugar fue 10/10! Estaba muy indecisa con mi color y las chicas tuvieron mucha paciencia en ayudarme a decidir y creer cuál era mejor para sacar mi color rojo! Mi pelo quedó sano y el secado y peinado me encantó. El servicio también son todas muy amables. No recuerdo el nombre de las dos chicas q me ayudaron pero fueron lo más gracias 🩷

I found this place in Instagram and it is a hidden gem. The place is so clean and the staff are wonderful. They took a great care of my hair and nails. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for great service!

No one should go here. The owner or whatever it is she is rude, obnoxious and horrible. I complained about the nail polish not looking right even after a third coat and she told me I could leave if I’m not satisfied when she could see clearly that it wasn’t right. I told her not to speak to me like that and she said she went straight to the phone to call the cops asking me to leave just because I was speaking on how it wasn’t looking right. Saying I was negative from the time I came in because I asked if I could make a switch on the package menu. I had to walk out of the store to another nail shop across because Vanessa or whatever she calls herself is highly unprofessional and toxic

Not very often you come across hidden gems, but I found one today. Having skilled services such as hair and nail services done exceptionally well in the same spot can be a rarity but Royal Vanity is just that, a RARITY! Not only was the service top notch, the environment was clean and calming. Everyone had a smile in their face and were very welcoming. No hidden cost here, you pay what is quoted. If you are looking for a new home for your hair/nails spa day, look no further as time seemed to slow down in here making the experience worth it!!! Will definitely be back!
