I ordered a teeth whitening deal on Groupon. I made an appointment here with Google. I got a text a few days later saying my appointment has been cancelled. Right after I get a text message from the main lady who said she was out of town and will call me to reschedule. I waited 2 weeks later and reached out to try and schedule but no response. I just rescheduled on Google and if she was unable to, it would be cancelled. Unfortunately, I was led to believe that my appointment was all good, and I finally arrive to find out that she hasn’t been working at the salon since December. It was very unprofessional to receive a false text as well as have her business active on Google AND Groupon. Not only did I waste time and hope, but I now have to leave a bad review so others don’t as well.

I would give zero if I can, I went to my appointment and the door was locked, nobody was there, waited for 30 min tried to get in touch with someone, no one answered, I felt like this place is a scam, I’m really unsatisfied with this service.

This is a scam!!! This place doesn't exist, the phone number is disconnected. I reported them through Groupon and got my money back but DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING! They will take your money!

This place does not deserve even half a star. There is no place as Royale Touch Skin Care and Salon. This lady is just taking up appointmets and money and fooling everyone. The salon is closed since December. Return my money back. This is a scam. Please do not book any appointments here. This is fake.

Chantel is absolutely amazing! She really cares about your skin and is very knowledgeable about skin care and cosmetics. She truly has a passion for it and will guide you to a healthy skin care routine. I HIGHLY recommend her. You will NOT be disappointed.

I have to say Chantel is BEYOND amazing!!! She exceeded my expectations entirely. I came in for a teeth whitening and she explained everything thoroughly and not only are my teeth MUCH whiter, I feel like I gained a whole friend! She is such a sweet person, you can tell she is honest, and she is a GREAT conversation. I asked her what other services she provides and I'm already going back next week for another service with her! This girl is a real BOSS! She deserves everything she has and has worked hard for and more! I wish her nothing but success and the very best. You have to go see this awesome chick, she will take the best care of you and you will not be disappointed!! AND I am so excited for when she will soon be done with her microblading training so stay tuned for that!

I researched Groupon and found a great 3 microdermabrasion treatment deal. Instead of purchasing the Groupon, I went straight through her as I understand businesses typically have to pay a fee to use their services. My 2nd appt she ran 30 minutes behind. My 3rd appt scheduled for 4 today, she ran 30 minutes behind because she was in the room having an ongoing conversation w/ a friend of hers she was working on. In the meantime, another client comes in after me and she tells me she doesn’t have time to see me because she overbooked. However, she decided to take the next client that is scheduled for 5pm. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the skincare field!! While she works on your face she covers your nose with her fingers and she’s not gentle at all like other skincare professionals I’ve used before. DO NOT GO TO HER!! In response to your comment below (a week later). When I texted you right after the incident, word for word “You do not treat customers like that because it’s your fault you overbooked, not theirs” and YOU responded to the text with a heart, that reassured me that customer service is not your concern! So no, there is nothing you can do to fix it.

My God it's like something I've never experienced ever in my life. I don't think I've talked that much to another human being in a very long time I was so relaxed that it just started pouring out and now my face looks refreshed revitalized and she will have me on the regimen real soon I will be coming back

My experience began when this was given to me as a gift by my sons for my birthday. I called the phone number to make an appointment and she gave me such a terrible attitude for calling and would not make my appointment by phone and she seem so bothered for me calling her on the phone. I asked her if she could walk me through how to make an appointment online since that was what she wants, however her website was not user-friendly to make an appointment. It did not clearly specify the Groupon features that she was offering. Later on she change the settings on her website to specify her offers. Then i come for my appointment. This lady made me wait 35 minutes for nothing. Mind you she charges $5 if you show up late for your appointment by 15 minutes. I got there five minutes early (11:55) for my appointment and when I went into the door she was with a customer. I close the door and waited until 12 o’clock (my appt time) to see if she was done and she was not. I waited patiently for my turn however at 12:35 I was done. (I had so much time that I started googling her company and found a few negative feedbacks for the same reason). I knocked on the door and she opens the door with her eyebrow raised with an attitude and said “give me one sec”. I asked her if she gives refunds and she said “no you will have to cancel with Groupon if you want your money back.Because i dont do refunds” she said. A calmly told her well I don’t understand how you expect us to pay you $5 if we are late however you have consumed 35 minutes of my time waiting for you and you don’t even say anything. No apologies. she obviously doesn’t value other people’s time. This lady is rude and she’s unprofessional and she should not be in the business where she has to talk to customers by phone or in person. Do not waste your money. I can deal with lateness but i wont deal with rudeness.
