Honey, I loved my experience at Royalty. Ms. Duchess gave me my first ever brazilin wax and completely disarmed my fear for it. She was absolutely sweet, professional, and gave amazing next steps. Literally just booked my next session with her. Would recommend Royalty Beauty & Bar to anyone!

1st time here found them on Groupon and did a Google search as well. This place is amazing. Dutchess is very professional and caring. The service she provides is awesome. Very peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The room set up is fabulous. The tranquility is so relaxing. I will be coming back again.

I did NOT get to have my appointment. I scheduled on Saturday for Monday at 10 am Sat in the parking lot until 1030 am and not even a message back did I get letting me know they were late or not coming. The door says 10 am. I messaged 3 times and got no response. I do t expect to hear from them as if I did something wrong to be ghosted for wanting to spend money here. I am upset because this place came highly recommended and at 1030 no one has even co tasted me about the 10 am appointment.

This place here is a must go if you need a wax. The people here want you to be as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend going here. 10/10.

This place is a JOKE!!!!!! Literally have called EVERY DAY for 2 weeks, sometimes more than once (voice-mail is full, can't leave a message) to make an appt ( I bought a Groupon for 3 brazilian waxes ) when somebody finally answered this morning I made a same day appt for 12 noon. I show up for my appt and the place is locked and totally dark.... I recheck my confirmation email and she made my appt for 4pm, 5 days later than today..?? I cancelled my Groupon and will go elsewhere. So unprofessional and completely incapable.

Was here today(Wednesday) at 10:40am. Waited 30mins and noone showed up nor was there any sign stating why it's closed. Even after I had called days before and was told to walk in today after 10am. Y'all not ready for good business. Not right! Ended up going to vanity

Had a Brazilian done with Karla! She was so sweet and very professional. Even when I called stating I was running a few minutes late due to traffic, they were so warm and welcoming. The location was nice, parking was easy and close, the establishment was clean and had a comfortable ambience. Have already scheduled my second appointment. Definitely gained a future long time customer.

This place will definitely bring you life!!! The Staff is courtesy ,informative ,patient, and they go above and beyond , the best in the area at what they do! I had the laser lipo treatments which were AWESOME and they definitely work if you work it!!! The ladies really do the best they can to get you where you want and when I tell you they kneed and roll and massage your areas gettng those fat cells loose before and after service ,just wonderful !👌👌👌I enjoy every momment ! I have been to several beauty bar/ spa / chiropractors and The Royality by justice has been the best by far!!! I would refer them to everyone its a must you give it a try..they have alot of reasonably priced packages!!! LADIES KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GET 10 STARS FROM ME!!!❤

Today was my first time with this business. I found her on Groupon and she is close to home so I took a chance. I have had waxes before but this was my first time with Dutchess. She was amazing! She will get you through the process not only quickly but comfortably. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
