I’ve done my lashes, lips and eyebrow micro shading, my lips are still plump and defined, and my eyebrows are still perfectly shaped. The best part? The results have lasted so well over time! I've had zero issues with any of the services, and I've received countless compliments. A complete joke. I got my lashes done 2 days before Christmas & I returned 2 days before NYE. They told me that I would not have to pay anything, since I had put 30$ deposit and my lashes were still good but I wanted fresh lashes for new years , and I ended up spending a deposit of $30. I didn’t have any cash on me for tips and told the tech that I would come back to tip her. I did not think it was a big deal because it’s not like I ran out without paying. I offered to return to tip, and since I was a regular client, I thought it would be okay. Now it’s time for my fill, and they want to charge me DOUBLE. They said I owed them money from last visit! l have proof that I payed with my deposit for a mini refill 5 days later. Olga was super rude and unprofessional! Awful experience. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money here. If I could rate negative stars, I would. T I never had an issue with the owner Jen.
