Rozina Salon on Venice is a complete disappointment every single time. They only care about you when you’re a new customer, but the moment you become a repeat client, they completely stop giving a damn. Rozina, the owner, did a terrible blow-dry for me, and even though I made an appointment with her specifically, she pawned me off to someone else after barely spending five minutes on my hair. She never bothers to check if you’re happy with the result – all she sees is dollar signs. My blow-dry was dry, frizzy, and a total mess. When I tried to address it, Rozina had the nerve to say they did the job with two people to ‘save time,’ ignoring the fact that the result was awful. It’s clear she doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction, just getting you in and out as fast as possible to make a buck. Save yourself the headache – don’t waste your time or money here!

The lady was nice, BUT she double dipped the spatula in the wax during my session and THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!! I don’t care how hot the wax is, this is unacceptable and totally unsanitary. I felt so dumb that I didn’t notice until the end because I trusted her, but seriously!!!!??? You’re supposed to dip and throw away, dip and throw away, dip and throw away. How much money are you really saving? The safety of your customers should come first. Definitely do not recommend this place. I should have read the reviews on Yelp going back to 8 and even 13 years. DO BETTER!

Bad bad bad experience I took my wife and daughter almost $200 dollars for just one hair cut and shampoo for my daughter and my wife just her bangs ,not a haircut just her bangs than not even took 3 minutes for that money , horrible she wanted to cry and not only because of how expensive but because she didn’t even ask for that super short bad bad service not professional they just want the money sad

Rozina’s Beauty Spa offers high quality services and the best prices for salon services in the county of Los Angeles. Rozina is very knowledgeable about hair textures, cutting techniques, color mixtures, and blow drying styles. Her staff are competent, well trained and thoughtful. Her boutique is clean and luxurious. Other services, such as facials, eyebrow threading, and waxing are delivered with great care. I am grateful that I found this extraordinary place, and have been frequenting the spa for more than 25 years. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Rozina since I was 15 yrs old. That was over 20 years ago. This is a great place to have your eyebrows threaded and your hair done. I highly recommend it. My to go girl here is Bintu she is phenomenal.

The greatest eyebrow threading you will find. The service, quality, and pricing, you can’t beat- nor find. Tahira is my favorite. She puts so much time into making sure I love my eyebrows, and I walk out each time so happy. This is the spot to go. 100% recommend. They have an awesome outdoor area where they do threading so you have a nice breeze and you’re not stuck inside! Thank you Tahira !!

This is the only place I trust for haircuts and threading. Everyone is kind and attentive. They know how to do my eyebrows perfectly without me even asking. They know how to treat my long thick black hair and layer it correctly. I love Rozina's!

Been coming here for years. Excellent haircut. Does exactly what you say. Took one star off because cut/trim was $45. No wash, no blow dry. Pretty steep. She was done in 10min. Probably $35 for trim would be good.

I’m upset I paid over $150 and my hair cut was not done right. First off I went on Mother’s Day I guess her kids came to celebrate with her which I don’t mind but she left me on the chair with hair color on while she went outside with her kids to eat I guess for over 30 mins ! One of the other ladies came to check on me and washed my hair so I’m just sitting their with my hair wet then another lady comes to o dry my hair . I told her I don’t think my hair cut is done because she basically just cut off the portion didn’t style or anything but she said she was done and that the lady is fast . I told them many times I wanted a hair treatment. So then the lady who cut my hair dries and styles it for an additional $45 without letting me know I was guna get charged extra and tells me I can get the treatment next time . That is not good service not listening to your client needs! I like to go for wax but will never do my hair here again !
