I have come for threading several times. I prefer to go with Mnisha or others, because I find that Rozina is squally very rushed and distracted with phone calls, etc. The others are more meticulous and calm. I have done regular tinting and the first couple of times it went well. Then the tints more recently have not lasted the 4 weeks. I decided to try henna tinting instead. I had high hopes but it did not last me a week. I followed all instructions regarding eyebrow care but neither the henna nor regular tint has been lasting anymore. Not sure if they have changed their formula but I am not coming back every two weeks because I paid for tint to last 4-6 weeks. I will need to find another place with quality

Great experience, clean and very knowledgeable with lots of experience. Rozina is funny and communicates well with her clients. She is honest and gives advice while ultimately listening to clients' concerns and questions.

I make the appt using google that's the only way the do it you have to pay 1 dollar fornthat. I get here and she wis busy and just say you need to wait 30 minutes so take you time and go to google and block the time if you are bussie dont be greedy because you know when I dont show that what imagine you are going to say they will charge me fornthe service

COVID protocol taken seriously! Rozina and her staff were all professional and courteous! They made me feel comfortable and I can’t wait to go back. I did eyebrow threading and tinting with one of her assistants (her name started with an “S” but I can’t remember her specific name), she was absolutely wonderful! They all know what they are doing. I would drive to Pembroke Pines just to do my threading because I don’t trust anyone to do my eyebrows. Thankfully, after reading reviews I decided to go for it and give Rozina a try. So happy I did because I’ll be returning here for all my eyebrow needs! They also do other services that I may check out as well :) completely saving me on trips and time to Pembroke Pines now

Excellent experience! I am a walk-in who had never done threading before and both Rozina and her coworker treated me very kindly. I definitely will come back for the famous lash lift!

I had been going to Rozina for years, since she was at the old location. She is very good at eyebrow threading but the professionalism is not there. I hope she reads this and corrects her manners to avoid loosing more clients. I made an appointment like I always do. Selecting “only Rozina” I show up and she is not there. This new lady I had never seen before tells me she won’t be there until afternoon. This lady was not wearing a mask, and I didn’t know how she worked, just didn’t give me good vibes. I left and called Rozina that afternoon since when I booked the appointments they placed a $1 temp charge on my credit card, I wanted to make sure there is no additional charge since she didn’t keep the appointment (I understand nobody is perfect and things come up sometimes). But she was very argumentative with me on the phone about how I was wrong expecting her to be there at the appt time and how she has no way to control charges cause that’s all the “bank”. Days go by and I decided to give it another try considering I have been going there for years, I showed up at 9:57am and Rozina was working on someone else. Her greeting was. “You’ll have to wait, have a sit” I did, and then she tells me “walk ins are only after 10am” at which point I just walked out. It is literally 3 minutes away. Really? I had made an appointment previously and she did not keep it. I always tipped good, always showed up for my appointments, was always a good customer. Why is it so complicated to just keep the appointment your customer made, not giving her problems if she walks in 3 minutes before you “take walk-ins” after you failed to keep the appointment she previously made. Honestly? Was it worth loosing a long time customer? I’m taking my business elsewhere and not supporting this place anymore. So disappointing. Hope this review helps someone. Just know she’ll prob do a good job with the eyebrows but you are risking bad manners, bad attitude or going to an appt she may or may not keep and do you really want to support that kind of business?

I’ve gotten my brows threaded, tinted, and I’ve also done lash lifts. Rozina is always on point with her job! Her assistants have also worked on my brows and they do a great job as well. I enjoy coming to this location because of how quick and efficient they are. Rozina has great customer service skills and she makes you feel comfortable as she works her ‘magic’. Appointments are preferred and they take priority in them.

She’s amazing and her staff as well! I can’t go anywhere else. And if I can’t make an appointment she accepts walk-ins. I have also done eyelash lift and it came out awesome! I highly recommend this place!

Very clean & polite but somehow managed to mess my eyebrows up which is hard to do considering i have more than enough hair to shape them in any way. Overall i guess it depends on who does the threading

Ever since March I hadn’t had done my eyebrows. And I waited for Rozina because her and her staff are the best at what they do. The threading on my eyebrows are always clean cut and now more than ever having nice eyebrows is important. Next time I may do tinting that helps so much for 4 weeks

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was big fan of Rozina and I totally get that holiday hours are a little insane but her not showing up on time for the updated time on google and my sister and I having to wait almost an hour for her was very disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially when you have a busy schedule. I’ve waited before when she’s really busy because I completely understand but this case was different. I showed up at 9am (when this was the supposed time she was opening) and she shows up at 9:50am, took a late appointment for two people that had their “appointment for 9:30am” but didn’t show up until 9:45am. The way she handled the whole situation was just bazaar. I used to love coming here and had no problem with the drive but I will never return to this horrible customer service.

AMAZING at MEN’S eyebrows!!!! First time I ever went to a salon that ACTUALLY KNOWS how to properly thread men’s eyebrows!! She’s worked in Miami for over 20 years and it SHOWS!!!! Recommend to ANY guys (or girls) with big bushy eyebrows. :D

Rozina is very patient (i move a lot) and does such a fantastic job shaping your brows. My last place butchered my eyebrows and made them completely uneven and Rozina fixed them so nicely. Also extremely affordable and fast. You’re in and out in 10-15 min

I am very disappointed. I called to ask if they did henna for my daughters. We made an appointment right before our trip. The lady completely ruined my daughters hands. She has a side ways henna with no design just weird and uneven swirls. We can't take it off for 2-3 weeks. I went by the reviews on this page and thought she was reliable. Maybe she is for eyebrows I thought she would be a pro at henna since it's her culture and the reviews... not was I wrong. Do not recommend so upset!

Rozina's very sweet and took care of my eyebrows with proper threading and henna dye for $10 extra. Rozina also offers eyebrow growth serums and cosmetics. I purchased castor oil from her as it's a natural way to increase eyebrow growth. Thanks Rozina.
