Horrible experience, came here to do threading and the lady who did my brows messed them up horrendously. When I was trying to explain that they were messed up she started arguing with me. Worst place!

I came here to perm my eyelash and the lady who did it on me seemed very unprofessional and it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. My eyes were burning the entire time from the pads she used and when I informed her she proceeds to take other customers. The end result was so bad only four of my eyelashes are lifted. The old lady didn’t speak much of english so couldn’t communicate. She charged $45 and there’s no results. I will never come back here and suggest my friends not to go here for lifting or any other services for that matter.

Soni did my eyebrows on point (With scars on both side) She then cut my hair look thin rat tail end and after she was done My hair felt fuller n thinker n I walk out a very,very happy happy costumer..

I was ripped off.. I was told to keep my eyes open during services because my eyes were “too small”.. “otherwise your eyes will glue together” then rubbed a rose water/acetone mixture on my eyelid. When I told her it was in my eyes she just said keep your eye open. When my initial service was completed and I was allowed to close my eye they started burning to the point where I started crying. The glue dried (I waited outside the shop for family to finish being serviced) and I went back in telling family I was in pain and we saw multiple strips of eyelash glued to eachother sitting on my eyelid. I couldn’t hear the pain of glue being on my FACE, eyes, and cheeks, the burning from the binding chemicals being in my eye, and the burning from the “rose water” she put all over my eye lids. We asked for them to be removed, she did.. but she shoved the under eye pads so hard onto my already raw face that they touched my eye ball. Then continued to rip and rub at the extensions while leaving me un-attended for several minutes at a time. I cried in that chair hoping someone would help me and nobody did. In the end.. I lost all of the natural eyelash on my right eye and my vision is very blurry. She ripped the extensions out. My birthday is tomorrow and everyone will know who stripped me of being able to have eyelashes 😭😭😭😭 my face and eyelashes are ruined. On top of everything she charged us to put them on and to take them off. Never going back there !!

Usually twice a month I bring my mom here to get here eyebrows done and have a little sideburns waxing. Love how well it always comes out

i had came in as a walk in. she was done roughly fast & it cost me $45. i got the clasic volume set but she left glue all over the top of my eyelashes. it looks white & crusty & its not washing off with the lash soap i have. when i look up you can clearly see the gap between my lashline & the extensions. im not very pleased but its okay for the price.
