So I am not new to massages and I have gotten massages for well over 10 years regularly. I was told to check out this place and was given a gift certificate so I went. Fast forward It’s been over a week since and I’m still dealing with whatever they did to my back.

This place is the BEST place I have ever been to for a massage. Clothes are on and they just really go down your meridians.. I feel marinated after going there in a really good way. Love this place and trying to convince them to open up another business in Denver where I live!!

That was the best massage of my life! Oh my goodness… I feel amazing. Thank you for accommodating three of us at once. I loved the reflexology, lymphatic drainage, stretching… wow!! They were so thorough and receptive to sore spots. Thank you! 😊

This was amazing, had feet fo e gor 1 hour....pricing was great. Great service. We did call ahead for a same day appt. Worked on the feet for the full hour! ....AMAZING and will be back.

Booked an appt for three people. Waited over 25 minutes for my appt while the other two started. No update from anyone. Under staffed, and no regard for your time. Soaking someone’s feet for 25 minutes doesn’t constitute a massage.

I have been going here for awhile and never had complaints but reading the reviews I can totally agree. I haven't been back in awhile but will give it one more chance. Hopefully they are reading these reviews because I have experienced "Danny" falling asleep several times and not giving good pressure. I would have to cough or make some type of noise just to wake him up. Maybe when I go back he would have enough rest but if I'm not satisfied I'm not going back.

I would give zero if I could. It was a horrible experience. The masseuse Jack was supposedly “fired” but was still there tonight. He does not know how to give a massage and put his elbow weight into my spine and bones. It was awful. He cannot possibly have any training. Save your money

Me and my grandmother have gone multiple times... And everytime we go it is pure perfection. Staff is enjoyable and kind, scheduling on there system is as easy as could be now. And I love coming and will continue to come

This was the most miserable experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling traumatized, violated, and in considerable pain. “Jack” was the name of the person my appointment was with and he spoke very little English. I circled very light pressure and received anything but. I was visibly uncomfortable and asked him to apply less pressure. His response was to use lotion and try to remove both my shirt and bra on more than one occasion. I have been numerous times and never have I had this type of experience. I expect that I will wake up with bruising tomorrow.

I go somewhat regularly to 99 massage, when I am in a chronic pain cycle, they always help break that and calm my body down. The reflexology is amazing added to massage!

I would not recommend this location for a massage mainly because of the lack of respect and care they have in regards to the health and wellness of their clients. They had someone who was clearly sick giving massages and I feel that this is an unacceptable business practice. My massage therapist wore her mask incorrectly (below the nose), habitually touched her face and wiped her nose with the top of her hand, she was sniffling the whole time from what appear to be a runny nose and sounded clogged with mucus every time she spoke. It was a utterly disgusting experience that I could not allow to pass and I obviously will not be back. People who are sick should not be giving the public massages, period. Being open to the use of a persons (stranger’s) bare hands to do this work is already taking such a risk when getting a professional massage but to be swirling in your snot with the lotion to rub me down is not the vibes we were looking for. 0/10 would not recommend.

Went in yesterday evening to treat my wife for a massage and had the worst experience at the Austin Bluffs location. For one, my massage was too hard and uncomfortable, they did not follow the suggestions that they asked for on their little sign in sheet. I did the body and foot reflexology combo and it left much to be desired and very rough. As for my wife, her massage was uncomfortable the whole visit because her massage therapist was sick. After about 20 minutes into the massage the lady started sniffling, coughing and showing signs of a cold more pronounced than in the beginning of the experience. We had to leave but still paid for the service which came to 91.00!!! They then proceeded to demand a tip!!! The nerve of this place, do not go here, not only are the massages terrible, they allow sick people to massage their clients and their staff has a lack of ethics in general asking for a tip after such ridiculous service.
