I have been getting Botox for almost 10 years now and in that time I have never had the true attention to detail that Rene offered me. She is so welcoming and professional that I felt at ease immediately. The location is perfect and the office is immaculate. I am So happy I have found my new go to med spa and I have found a provider who I fully trust! Also Rene has her patients come back exactly 2 weeks post procedure and provides before and after pictures of you so you as the patient are really able to see the difference!

I have been receiving Botox treatments at R&R and they are amazing! Renee is very experienced and pays close attention to detail. She takes the time to discuss with me the results I’m wanting, taking into consideration my price point as well. She also carefully maps out and marks each injection site to review prior to injection. My results are always flawless! The facility is gorgeous and I love coming here. I can’t wait to try more treatments at R&R

I have been coming to Rafaelle since June this year and I have enjoyed the results of every visit. I can see the difference in someone who cares to give me what I need. Both Renee and Rafaelle are friendly and caring, I felt nervous for the first facial I came in for and Rafaelle made me feel comfortable and less shy. I usually get the diamond glow facial and I love the results every time! The facial itself is amazing! I trust their procedures and facials. I recently was consulted for lip procedure because I feel confident in having them correct some things for me. I’m really happy to have found them!

This is my third time visiting R&R and my second time getting injectables. The establishment is clean and beautiful. The associates are kind and knowledgeable. You will be well educated on your options and have a variety of choices that fit your goals. I recommend for anyone trying for the first time or is already well versed in medical aesthetics. SO happy to have found these ladies! Rafaelle and Renee are wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. The spa is nice, clean and relaxing. At 54, I found myself looking in the mirror and asking "What happened?!" I've had 2 micro-needling treatments, the 2nd with PRP and plan to return for a 3rd session. =) I wanted to give time for the 2nd treatment to take effect before leaving a review. Here's what happened: within a few weeks after the 1st session, I noticed the bright red spots on my cheeks (rosacea) had faded significantly. After 1 month, my skin was tighter, brighter and my fine lines and dark circles were less noticeable. Now, 4 weeks after the PRP treatment, rosacea is nearly GONE, fine lines are even less noticeable, my pores are smaller and I rarely wear make up on the weekends. And though I wear make up at work, I find I don't need as much. I'm very pleased with the results so far and look forward to the next treatment! Rafaelle explained the whole process including aftercare and was very conscientious about how I was doing during the treatment. I really enjoyed the whole experience and chatting with Rafaelle. Am planning to schedule NAD infusions with them next! These ladies will get you looking and feeling your best, so come see them! .... because there's nothing graceful about growing old!

I highly recommend R&R medical aesthetics . I needed a touch up on my lip filler and Renee did an amazing job . I wasn’t sure if I needed a petite lip or a full lip and Renee recommended the petite lip and I could not be happier . It has now been three days since I had my lips touched up and the swelling has gone down and I love them . Renee was spot on with her recommendation. I’ll be coming here for my Botox well.

I was recommended to come to R&R medical aesthetics by a coworker and let me tell you, the service here does not disappoint. Being sort of new to aesthetic treatments, all of my worries were put to ease. Renee is super knowledgeable, sweet, and comforting. I think it’s safe to say that sometimes we all think we need more than we actually do, and Renee reassured me with her expertise to only do what is necessary. I had a great experience at R & R Aesthetics. I just finished my first session of micro needling and my face feels and looks great! I have deep acne scars on my cheek and it already looks better. I will be going back for a few more to get the best results I can. Rafaelle was amazing and very informative.

Renee came highly recommended as a nurse injector for Botox and filler. I decided to give her a try and I’m so glad I did! I want to look naturally enhanced, not like someone else. Renee took the time to understand my goals and she gave me detailed explanations about the treatment she’d be giving me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I went to R&R Medical Aesthetics for a diamond glow with Rafaelle. I also purchased ZO products. I was very happy with my results after my diamond glow as well as loving the products of ZO. I totally see a difference with my skin. I will definitely be going back. I love that Yucaipa finally has an aesthetic place that offers different services that meet my skin care needs.

I’ve had multiple things done by both Rafaelle and Renee from eyebrows to Botox to fillers to weight loss. Both girls are truly perfectionists at what they do and really care that you are happy with your results. I’m very picky about where i go and who i go to because I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. If you want to be treated by people who will take their time, answer any questions or concerns, explain things to you then go see Rafaelle and Renee. The place is beautiful and professional. You won’t go anywhere else once you’ve tried them.

R&R Med is superb!!! Yucaipa needed a quality med spa that offers top of the line services and all the newest procedures out there to help you feel more confident and beautiful! I have had the IV therapy and fillers and couldn't be more excited about the results. Renee and Rafelle are knowledgeable, consummate professionals and you can rest assured that they will be thorough and efficient. As a Yucaipa resident I am so happy that I have an option as upscale as this without having to do beyond my hometown. This is JUST what was needed in Yucaipa. R&R Medical Aesthetics has the BEST micro needling w/prp. I have brown spots on my face from the sun and genetics and with just one session Rafaelle made a HUGE difference. I can’t wait for my next session. She recommended the ZO skin health products and I absolutely love it. She also did my eyebrows and can’t wait to do Botox with Renee. It’s not close to my home but definitely worth the hour commute it takes sometimes to get there. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!

What a gorgeous facility! Both Renee and Rafaelle are incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel so welcome. I had an IV Treatment and was able to completely relax. It helped rejuvenate me. I’ve already purchased a different treatment that I’m excited to use.

Wonderful experience! My visit started with a consultation and I was completely comfortable with Renee's recommendations. My lips are EXACTLY the size and shape I was looking for.
