I was 38 weeks pregnant when I went in for my first prenatal massage with Irma. She was very professional and personable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The room was very relaxing and the pregnancy pillow she provided was clean and very soft. I will definitely be booking again with her.

Like the other 5 star reviews already listed, I had a wonderful experience here! Irma was extremely kind and I got a full treatment with hot stones and cups included! The room was extremely peaceful with relaxing music, a heated blanket, and aromatherapy. Thank you R&R for your service.

Nothing but good things to say about R&R. Irma is absolutely amazing, and always kind. Any aches and pains you have will melt away when she works on you. My husband went with Art, and he had never had a massage before, well, now he is hooked! He loved it! If you want people who really care about you and want to make you feel better, you need to come here.

R&R is the best massage place I have been to. Irma is the sweetest; she is amazing and is an expert in her craft. She tailors your massage based on your wants and your needs and she does a great job with her assessment to recommend where to focus the massage. I've been seeing her for over 2 years for deep tissue massages and she has helped me countless times with chronic shoulder and back pain. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

Best massage I’ve ever gotten! Really makes me feel like I’ve overpaid for every other massage I’ve gotten before this given the service and attention from Irma. The other therapist, Art, checked me in and I was met with hospitality and kindness immediately. Irma really focused in on what I actually expressed concerns on and was very knowledgeable, informative and thorough throughout. Her experience/tactile sense really made the experience something personal to my needs and unlike any other massage I have gotten. Wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else for a massage from here on and glad I was directed to them, no wonder they were on the Best of El Paso. Thanks Irma!!!!

I felt hard as a clam coming in with knots and feeling like swollen hulk shoulders. Love the deep tissue massage, heated massage rocks, lymph drainage, and cupping! 90 minutes later I feel like a soft fluffy relaxed marshmallow ready for the day! Lovin marshmallow status!

Irma is truly the best at what she does and I am so glad to have met her. She is so patient and professional and explains everything she is doing during your massage, which I truly appreciate. I will definitely continue to schedule massages with her, she’s a gem and my only regret is that I hadn’t met her sooner.

This was by far, the best massage I've ever had! It is so different than any massage I've ever had before. It's worth every penny and I will be going back as soon as I can. I'm so relaxed, I could fall asleep at any moment but I had to say how amazing this was first. She's so knowledgeable and funny. I learned so much about lymphatic drainage, she truly knows her stuff. She walks you through what she is doing, how it will help and what will happen the next day. Amazing!

From the moment that you walk in you are instantly greeted with a friendly welcome smile and made to feel like you know you made the right choice. Her prices and services are very affordable and reasonable compared to other businesses offering the same. I loved the way they asked questions to get to know you and what services will benefit you best! Very clean, and sanitized place. I enjoyed the service which was provided for me, and especially loved the explanation of what was being done on my body, where my problem areas were, and her synopsis of what she will be doing on my next service....... DID I say NEXT service.... Yes Indeed...... I already booked my next service. I am truly a happy satisfied customer for life..... And I enjoyed my cold water as my departing gift. I strongly recommend her services they have such a welcoming, warm ambiance, atmosphere and they make you feel so Rested and Recovered!!

Irma and her partner are amazing! They accommodate, they listen to your needs, best massage I have gotten in a long time. I can not say enough. They really made us feel welcomed, and you can tell they take pride in their business. They do not make you feel like they just want your money. They really pay attention to your needs. Much better care than I got at the Woodhouse, where you pay more for the luxury and not for the quality of the massage.

I was referred by my sister, and I’m so glad I went. Irma is so knowledgeable, so when I told her my problem areas not only did she focus on those areas, but while focusing she kept me entertained to distract me from the pain, while also explaining everything she was doing and why. For someone who is usually uncomfortable with massages, she made me feel so comfortable that I will definitely be booking another appointment. Thank you so much!!

From the first moment I reached out about cupping therapy, Irma was so quick and helpful. Once I arrived to my appointment her welcome made me feel at ease. My experience only got better. I booked a massage with Irma based on her glowing reviews and now have my own glowing review to post! Simply put, Irma has the gift of healing. She’s highly attuned and attentive to each person’s needs and very knowledgeable about the body. In one glorious 90 minute session with Irma I was treated with the best care any massage therapist has ever offered. I left feeling rejuvenated and enjoyed her personality as much as her massage! I came across R & R through social media not really knowing what to expect. I made an appointment very easily online and was off to the best massage of my life. I’ve had many massages throughout my life at some of the best spas in the country and yet Irma and Art are still the best. They are consistent with pressure, explain well and offer different types of massage which I love. I can’t recommend Irma and Art enough!! Love them so much I have begun to offer their services as part of my employment wellness program to our staff.

Irma does an amazing job! Not only do her massages help a lot with swelling and excess fluid, she is also really good at explaining what is going on with your body after surgery. I wasn’t completely happy with my shape but she was so reassuring and made me feel less anxious about waiting for my final results. There are other massage places that offer lymphatic drainage but they do not specialize in post-op massage. Irma’s expertise is in post-op lymphatic drainage, so I would 100% recommend booking with her.

Irma is super sweet and very educated in her field. Extremely professional. Great experience and excellent customer service. The pressure during the massage was perfect. The cupping technique is painful but so worth it.

My boy Art, has an art. He's the professor/ mad scientist of muscle manipulation. He got them hands doing gods work, and I have been blessed to have had four fingers dig under my shoulder blade and pull out the pain. Art shipped the pain out of my body so fast i almost started calling him Amazon Prime. As a mere mortal, this massage almost made me believe in god. Definitely coming back.

Went in for a strained back muscle. Irma was so helpful and got me feeling better instantly. Explained how every muscle works and as she would work on me she would tell me what stretches I can do to prevent from happening. Very knowledgeable.
