Loved it! Went with my friend, and we both chose package C - full body Swedish massage with hot stones followed by a premium head spa. The spa is cute and pink just like in the pics. Staff was very nice. We were offered drinks while we waited. The massage itself felt great, she definitely got into my sore muscles, and I loved the hot stones . The head spa was relaxing, and our hair was blow dried afterwards. Will be coming back!

My bestie and I went to get the classic head spa and the swedish hot stone massage and omg it was incredible!! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! The shop is decorated so adorably too. They use all Olaplex products for the head spa, so worth it, we will 100% be back!!

Wow, what a wonderfully relaxing experience. I was so impressed by how kind and gentle my technician was! On top of it they use extremely premium products so you leave feeling like a million bucks. I've never had such shiny hair! Can't wait for my next premium head spa experience.

It was super easy to make an appointment and the staff were kind, professional, and friendly. Came here with a friend and we had the most relaxing time! The decor of the spa is cute, feminine, and the music set a relaxing vibe. The head spa was incredible and so relaxing that I was falling asleep the whole time. Definitely planning on coming here again!

I came here twice and had absolute great experience. Staffs are very friendly and nice, services are so great. I always left with healthy hair and relief tightened muscles. They also offer drink at the end. Will 1000% come back

60 mins deep tissue massage was excellent! I feel lighter and refreshed, and it was the best massage I've had ever. Staffs were nice, right room temperature setting, relaxing quiet music. I will be back again!

Great massage and service. Would recommend getting the head+body package for the best experience. They even give you a little free drink afterwards and also a punch card which gives you benefits for future visits!

I came here to treat my friend visiting from out of town and this place did not disappoint! They were all very kind. We got a full body massage and the head spa treatment. If you are looking to feel refreshed and maybe get a nice nap in I would recommend this place!

I did the double relaxing package A which is the classic head spa + 1 hour swedish massage with hot stones and I LOVED IT!!!! I really don’t like massages, but I went because I got it as a gift and I LOVED IT! I left so relaxed. My favorite was the head spa, but the massage was also amazing. The studio is so cute and they are all so so so nice and they gave me a hand mask as a gift. I definitely plan on going again.

I took my sister in law to RS Head Spa for her Christmas present, and WOW! What an experience! We did the 1 hour deep tissue massage with the Premium Head Spa treatment and it was pure bliss. Great, deep pressure for the massages, and the head spa was like nothing else I’d done before. They use wonderful products/scents and take their time to give you a truly relaxed experience. We’ll definitely be back before next Christmas!

My mom and I recently booked a service for the premium head spa experience (90 minutes) Without a doubt, it was one of the most relaxing and peaceful things we have ever done. It gave a self-care day a whole new meaning. The staff were kind, attentive, and did an amazing job. We will definitely be back!!

This was an amazing experience! I did the 60 minute maasage/treatment package. I've never done anything like this and I'm so pleased I went. Loved the decor, very sweet, cute, and cozy. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommending RS to my friends!

Went in with my friend today to treat ourselves after finals. Had an absolutely amazing experience and am looking forward to bringing everybody I know here. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the entire service was outstanding! Results absolutely show as well; not a speck of dandruff in sight!

What an amazing experience! The price + the experience of this place it is worth every penny. They were kind, gentle, and relaxing! The one star reviews are quite disheartening because they can affect a business which I would hate to see happen to this place! As a white girl with textured hair the blow dry process was just fine which I saw was a negative for someone who went there. They clearly state that styling the hair is NOT included however, you leave with dry hair, which for somebody with textured hair is half the battle (since curls take ages to dry). I think styling a little bit at home is no problem especially since the price is so good and my hair feels extremely healthy even after the classic treatment!!! 100% will be back to bring more new guests.

I went here earlier today for the first time and it was such a relaxing experience. I got their double package which is an hour massage with hot stone and an hour classic head spa treatment. When you walk in the place is super cute with little couches and stuffed animals. There is a curtain separating the entrance from the head spa area so be sure to not be too loud when you come in. They took me back to the massage area and asked if I was comfortable with a male masseuse. I have been massaged by both men and women so I was comfortable but I appreciated them asking. After undressing and laying on the table with a blanket over me the massage therapist came in and got to work. He used the perfect amount of pressure and worked out all the sore muscles I've had for the past few weeks. Near the end was when he used the hot stones and they felt so good and relaxed the rest of my muscles. He also did a bit of stretching of my limbs and joints which was greatly appreciated. He was so thorough I almost thought he went over time but he did a lot of work in that hour! Next I put my pants, the slippers and robe on to move over to the head spa. This was my first time experiencing this and it was awesome. She put a mask over my eyes that smelled so nice and felt very comfortable. She used multiple tools and brushes that all felt so nice. The water temperature was perfect and warm and the shampooing experience was so relaxing. She then put some conditioner or a treatment in my hair and massaged my shoulders and neck. Then she brought out some kind of steamer that was so toasty and wonderful to help the conditioner work better and left that in for a few minutes. I almost fell asleep to the calming music and relaxing feeling of the warm steam. She then came back and rinsed my hair and shoulders, then towel dried my hair. She helped me sit up which was very nice because I felt like I could barely move I was so relaxed. She brought me to the blow dry area and dried my hair with some olaplex serum. Once I checked out, I was given a stamp card and a hand mask packet which was a really nice touch. I was so excited and a little nervous to come here because new experiences are a bit nerve-wracking to be but they made me feel so welcome and comfortable right away. I will definitely be back the next time I need some relaxation time.

It’s interesting to see all the highly rated reviews but honestly I don’t think the head spa or massage was that good. For the massage not a lot of pressure given, and also a language barrier as most of the employees don’t speak any English so it’s hard to communicate your wants for the massage. For the majority of the head spa it was mainly just washing my hair then sitting for 10 minutes with heat on your head… maybe 1-2 minutes for a neck massage (with no pressure, just gliding). I did appreciate the good quality products used and the design of the spa but the services provided I don’t think are worth the hype.

My friend and I went for the head spa and Swedish hot stone massage deal. What a great find!! They are so welcoming and the spa is very clean and relaxing. They did a fabulous Swedish massage and the head spa put me to sleep! My hair feels so soft and my scalp is so refreshed. We will definitely be going back every month. They gave us a free canned soda, juice or bottled water afterwards and sent us each with a complimentary, packaged foot wrap to do at home. So kind! We will see you all very soon! Thank you.

The stars are for customer service. RS headspa took my feedback seriously and professionally. I cannot recommend getting a massage here. The language barrier made it so I was unable to communicate with the masseuse. I can recommend the head spa. It was a relaxing experience with scalp massage, and a steam treatment. If you have textured hair you should decline the blow dry service. There is no heat protectant used, and as advertised they do not offer styling.
