Ruth always goes above and beyond! I have very thick, wavy, somewhat coarse hair that can be really hard to manage. Ruth every time is able to give me a cut that works so well and looks great! Today she gave me a perm of beautiful loose wavy curls, just absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed!
