I'd had spend almost an hour finding a place that was open past 5pm that wasn't appointment only. Upon entering here I was greeted & acknowledged by everyone, And thy kept assuring me they be right with me, when I finally got my haircut Katia was great and cut my hair exactly as asked and she was confident w/ her skills. After trying various places and hairstylist of all types, she's the best. The place is also super ambient and relaxing, clean, and th staff is cordial. Thank u ladies!! Also a shout to the lady who brought me a water bottle- Vero! She was super amiable and corteous

Katia provides impeccable hair color and she is my go to hair stylist in El Paso. She gave great recommendations on hair products to prevent damage after getting very light highlights. I would recommend her wholeheartedly!

My girlfriend went here for hair coloring and they did not do anything close to what she asked for, what my girlfriend got seemed like the stylist just did what ever she wanted instead and they even cut my girlfriends hair when she only went in for coloring and the color didn’t even come out correct as a matter of fact it didn’t come close to being the color my girlfriend asked for I understand certain colors may be hard to dye but if you can’t do a certain color confidently then don’t do it at all I’m sure this place has good stylists but whoever did my girlfriends hair did not do a good job
