Please update your hours just drove over to be let down with a sign at the door. Online hours are not accurate this business is being renovated and on top of that it's not easy to find since it's inside a building under suite number. All the trouble and a waste of time.

Please try to update your timings online so that customers don’t have to waste their time and resources coming over for nothing. Apparently the store is being renovated and hence closed and I drove 30 minutes after checking online to be let down by the sign on the door.

I came here about 3-5 times. But my last visit was truly a disappointment. My brows came out extremely uneven and they were not even the same shape. I'm giving this review 3 stars because my past visits were decent but this one was really upsetting

I’ve been coming here to get my brows threaded for a while and they product consistently perfect results! People are always complimenting my brows right after I get them done. I’m always in and out within about 5 minutes, parking is so easy and you can’t beat the value. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue! This is my go to threading spot for about 3 years now! Both ladies do a FABULOUS JOB and my eyebrows look flawless every single time! Their prices are very very reasonable for the high quality threading job that both ladies provide. Both ladies are so friendly and listen attentively to what you need (I like my eyebrows groomed and shaped but not too thin and not too arched and they do a perfect job every time). I love that they are gentle with their threading technique and not overly rough like some other threading places I’ve visited. You can either find street parking on Steven’s Creek, park in the back lot, or off of Henry Ave. I’ve been to many other threading places in the Santa Clara/San Jose area and this one is the best! Walk-ins are welcome! I have never ever had to wait more than 5 min every time I come here. Do yourself a favor and give Rubal Beauty Salon a try! Your eyebrows will thank you!

Came for a walk-in brow threading appointment on a Saturday afternoon and wait was not too long. Stylist did a great job of keeping my brows full while cleaning up the shape. Will definitely be coming back!

Extremely rude owner and very bad customer service. Very unprofessional- Do NOT keep appointments and make you wait for much longer than communicated. Do not waste your time here. Very very unprofessional. Also very very rude and unpleasant.

I recently moved to San Jose and was in search of a great eyebrow threading place. Rubal Beauty Salon did not disappoint! My eyebrows came out looking very clean and thick, just how I like them. The young lady who worked on me was helpful and sweet. I will be making this my regular eyebrow place.

They don’t keep up appointments ! They ask you to come in and make you wait for 30 mins . Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time . There are many other awesome Indian salons that are far cleaner and professional than this salon

They screwed my hair. Charged me 40$ for messing up my hair and didn't even ask sorry. I need to get other haircut to fix my hair. Would NOT recommend this place!

Waste of money. Worst face cleanup ever!! She only did clean up in 10 minutes. Didn’t understand customer requirements. I regreted alot. Will never go back to this place.
