I asked for a trim and mentioned I might like layers he said no and I got charged $25 for <10 minutes. This is “the land time forgot” if there ever was one.

I had my hair styled and highlighted, but the results were disappointing. I asked for California highlights, but the color turned out uneven—one section was much lighter, while the rest was darker. It felt like they didn’t take the time to provide proper attention or quality service. The salon itself could use more attention to cleanliness and could benefit from some remodeling.

Paula did an amazing job. I was referred to her by an acquaintance and I’m glad I came with her. Her son was doing a cut next to her and the outcome of the lady’s haircut was beautiful. Ricki also works there and as I was observing him he does beautiful color and cut just like Paula. All of them there were awesome! Will definitely be going back in about 3-4 months for my retouch. Oh and not the mention their prices are so reasonable.

I asked for a Korean perm 4 times on the phone and they said they do Korean perms when I got there I asked them if the hair style they are doing on me is a Korean perm and they said they don’t do Korean perms. It smelled kinda bad too.

I called to make an appointment one day before for a 3:15PM for color service, then I called back to speak to Paola to confirmed appointment and maybe I can send her a picture of my hair and to give her an idea what I would like to be done using an example picture from internet. Paola said “no that’s ok because she will later forget.” At 3PM I kept calling the salon phone# 5 times no answered, I wanted to let Paola know I will be running 10 minutes late. So, I got there 10 minutes late, Paola said in a very rude and aggressive manner and confrontational that my appointment was @ 3PM plus I was told the salon already closed. I told the rude unprofessional lady “that’s ok, I am not upset” so she can calmed down. Immediately walked out. I was treated very unprofessional by this lady Paola, however I am just so glad walked out. I don’t recommend this salon for hair service look for a professional positive environment and attitude.

Me gusta mucho ir a este salón, tengo llendo 1 años y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia. Únicamente hemos ido para cortes de cabello, tanto de dama, caballero y para niños. Lo cortan muy bien y a costos muy accesibles, aun así con la propina se me hace muy bien la relación costo/servicio.

No appointment necessary when you call. You show up, wait for a specific stylist for the next 45 minutes and still people get their hair done before you because "they had an appointment". Great stylists, but with a customer base spanning 20+ years they need a lot more organization.

Ricky is terrible and the dumb lady with the short hair is rude. He chopped off my hair, when i asked for layers, gave me a mullett, had to FIGHT for my money back. DO NOT GO HERE. This salon is trash and all the employees are incompetent especially the lady with the short gray hair.

The stylists are very nice and do their job well. They will offer input if asked. They are very time efficient. There was no wait to go on or sit down for my cut. As of July 2022, they still require a mask to enter and be worn during the cut. Well worth the amount paid, which I consider on the lower end of haircuts.

Worst haircut from Ricky. If a stylist doesn’t know how to do a specific cut requested by a customer, then just say so! Don’t leave it crooked!!! I would’ve waited or come back, instead of getting a horrible cut. I waited for months to grow out my hair for this cut, and he just butchered it. I can’t stop crying

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in for simple highlights, and layer/bang trim. I specifically asked for no bleach or dye, just color for the highlights. I repeatedly mentioned I wanted my hair to be a little lighter, and presented them with the first two photos. I ended up with the last two. Absolutely no regard for what I wanted and left me with the most disgusting highlights, showing a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. They were not blended at all, nor toned out. They refused to give me my money back after I declined their offer to “fix” a mess I waited over 2 hours for. This is NOT worth 160 dollars and no one should have to experience what I did.
