Got my long-ish hair cut with Ruby and it turned out great! She cut it exactly the way I asked and did a deep condition. She’s a joy to speak with and is just the nicest. Honestly, best haircut I've had in a while. Normally, it's hard to explain what I want even with pictures, but Ruby saw the picture, looked at my hair, and told me everything she saw in both my hair and the photo. Excellent explanation and perfect execution! My hair looks just like the photo and it feels so much better now. No clue what magic potion she used but it's incredible! Absolute joy to be in her chair.

Ruby is great. My first time to her she fixed a dye/bleach job I had gotten from another salon - I was so impressed with how it turned out and that she was able to fix it. She is very methodical and precise in how she approaches hair. I can't recommend her enough. My boyfriend also now goes to her and says she's consistently given the best haircuts he's ever had.

Hands down the BEST stylist in West Seattle. Ruby is very detail oriented & did such a great job with my kid's cuts that I had her do mine too! Our cuts were so much more affordable than I'm used to and the quality is WAY better! Definitely trust Ruby with your cuts - you won't regret it!

This was the first time I gone to Ruby and it’s safe to say she did absolutely amazing. I came in for a color root to end and a haircut, she did more than what I showed her and I loved the results more than what I had showed her I wanted. She’s very kind and truly takes her time to make sure your hair turns out just perfect. I’ve had a traumatic experience with my hair at other salons and after deciding to finally give another place a chance, I found my home when it comes to my hair!

Ruby is awesome, she made my hair look gorgeous. I booked online and she called me immediately to clarify just want I wanted. Best Cut of my Life EVERYTIME! Ruby is customer-centric AND very consistent with her skills, takes the time to be sure she has done the perfect job every time. On top of THE PERFECT CUT she is fun, intelligent, and entertaining so the time spent there is always so enjoyable that the time flies by. I have only found disappointment in going anywhere else!

I LOVE Ruby!! I’ve never been so happy with with a hair cut. The first time I went in she just gave me a trim and I can honestly say I’ve never been so happy with a haircut. Ruby takes her time cutting your hair and listens very well to what you want done with your hair. My most recent visit with her I got a cut and a Brazilian Blowout and 2 weeks later my hair still looks and feels great! Ruby is very easy to talk to and is so friendly. I have been to so many salons where you just sit there awkwardly getting your haircut because your stylist isn’t very friendly or talkative. I have have had many friends and family members ask me where I got my hair done because the results were so good. 11/10 would recomend her to anyone!

Ruby has been cutting my hair for last 5 years. She can change salons but I will always follow around as she constantly does excellent job. Ruby goes over and above to ensure customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommend her hair and wax services.
