Awesome customer service and they aim to please. I'm happy with my nails every time I leave here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Even after 3 weeks my nails still feel strong. I love blinging out my nails and they help bring the look I want to life. I highly recommend going to Ruby Nails.

I cannot in good faith even give one star for this place, but it wouldn’t allow me to post it unless I did give one star. Very, very, very poor customer service!!! My daughter-in-law and I decided to try a new place to get our nails done. She got a full set of Acrylic nails and I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. First, when I made the appointment and asked about the cost I apparently was only given approximate pricing. Beware…they get you on any designs!!! Needless to say we both paid more than what we’ve ever paid before AND in less than a week…5 days to be exact, my daughter-in-law’s nails began to pop off and my gel polish chipped!! I called immediately and asked if we could come back in to have them fixed and confirmed it would be at no charge. Ruby said yes, absolutely!! I called back 2 days later to reschedule due to being sick and inquired about a refund for my daughter-in-law. I was told their policy is to not give refunds, but she’ll be happy to redo them for free So, my daughter-in-law went in for her redo and came home very upset with GEL NAILS…and very poorly done to say the least!! She was told the full set of acrylics she paid for last Thursday, that fell off by Tuesday WOULD COST HER MORE MONEY!!! SERIOUSLY??? Clearly we will not be going back and even more clearly, we do not recommend Ruby Nails on White Street in York, PA

Super nice! Clean establishment, fast service(appointment was at 12, we finished at 1:10) for only two people working they were fast and amazing. I’m definitely going back!! My total was 216 because I had three people getting pedicures done

Ice dancer pedicure was fabulous. Usually get one once a year, but now I'm going to have to bump that up.

Went here for the first time today for a mani/pedi. Amazing service and I never felt like my service was rushed. I brought in a picture of the design I wanted on my nails and they knocked it out of the park. Will absolutely come here again!

I finally found a nail salon that gives me my money's worth! It's not just about getting a good pedicure or manicure, the whole experience should be pleasant & relaxing, hence the reason it's called a spa. There's nothing more frustrating than being rushed through your appointment and ending up with a sloppy job. That doesn't happen here! Am looking forward to my next visit.

Anna is my favorite!!! I moved to York a year ago and have been going to her ever since. I appreciate her kindness , she talks and interacts with you which I love b/c it doesn’t make me feel outcasted or awkward. Her work is definitely great quality she never disappoints. 💕

I had my nails done four day before in NJ to prepare for a dog show. They started falling off the next day, I couldn’t go back to get them fixed. I went to Ruby Nails when I got into town and they did an entire new set and I was one happy woman when I left!!

UPDATE: called in and Anna fixed my nails absolutely beautifully. Took her time and made them look new. I really appreciate her time and effort. Thank you. I got these done on Thursday evening for my boys graduation and I kept it simple since it wasn’t my usual lady. I have to say I am disappointed they are already lifting, you can still see white from the previous nail color that was not taken completely off. The powder wasn’t put all the way on the sides. Typically i spend about an hour and these took literally 30 mins. She was fast and clearly shows.

I use to go here for my pedicures --- Will never use them again-- took my grand daughter there to have her nails and toes painted --- pedicure done reg nail polish and just her her nails paint because she has short stubby nails , for her for school dance--- they charge me over $90.00!!!! Really???? That is 100%?crazy--- they try to say she ask for acrylic on her short little stubby nails, (?) No- way she 14 and I told them, reg nail polish why would I pay for acrylic on nails when they were super short? Total rip offs!!! OH Yes, I was there watching TV, while she was being done, there never dream had to watch every move that they would rip people off!!! May I add-- the so call acrylic was off her nails in two days!!!!!!! UGH

Really disappointing. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received for pretty stiff price of $95. The pedicure started of fairly well. I don’t think it’s worth $55 but that’s not the point. My pedicure in the end looked like a 3 year old painted. Spots missing, she put tooo much color, it never actually dried after it. Basically garbage for $55. She saw me upset but made no effort to fix it. Next is manicure. She didn’t clean my cuticles and my nails looked uneven, and just poor overall cleaning. I asked to fix it. She basically stormed off from the chair and told the other girl to deal with me. Very rude. And I am pretty sure they were talking bad about me in their language. Again rude. I actually ended up asking for a tool a fixing it since I knew she is gonna slap color on me and call it a day. Not a slight effort to make things right. I paid and I have never ever in my life not left a tip. But I cannot reward rude and bad service. I ended up taking off color from my toes and repainted. So no, unfortunately I don’t recommend.
