I recently revisited this massage establishment under the new ownership, and I’m thrilled to say the change has been for the better. The massage was exceptional—one of the best I’ve had. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and really focused on relieving my shoulder and neck pain. The new owner has elevated the experience, creating an even more serene and welcoming atmosphere. I’m so glad I returned and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended Ruby Spa!

The first time I walked into this spa, I was very surprised! Their massage was really good, and it relaxed every part of my body. It made my tired body feel refreshed. I will be back soon.

Got a high quality massage for a very reasonable price. Everything was clean and nice. Lady who gave me my massage spoke zero English though. Like NONE. That could be an issue though it wasn't this time.

The door says they accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. I went inside, and asked for a 60 minute massage with hot stones. I pulled out my Discover card. The woman at the desk picks up her phone, and calls someone. Two people come out from the back one woman, and a tall man. She pushes me back toward a curtain area, and whispers to me that they don’t want to take my Discover, but to pull out my Visa. This was a birthday treat for me, not something I budgeted for. So, I politely said no. The door says you take this card. She said no, it costs to much for us. I said ok, and went for the door and she grabbed me. As in physically restraining me. I grabbed her arm, and told her to back off. She said, no don’t leave we will let you use card for little extra tax. Do not go here. The guys just stood there behind her eyeing me down. This place isn’t safe.

Massage was okay had trouble communicating as she spoke very little English worst part was room was very cold
