I read the reviews on Google and felt very confident about going in. I had a couple weeks since I had waxed, so the hairs were definitely long enough to grip. I paid to have my lip and chin threaded, and a terrible job was done. I should have left when she didn't prepare and clean my skin before working, but I was optimistic. Immediately I could feel that hair was not being gripped nor removed, but the thread being rubbed harshly across my skin, irritating it. When I showed her that the hair was still there, she said that the hair is under my skin, which made no sense as it was long enough to pluck, which I showed her when she handed me tweezers. She continued to insist that she was unable to thread the hair, and still charged me full price.

Ruby's Bangles had 5 Location, during covid they closed down all Locations except Yucaipa location, Ruby manages the place herself. She does Threading. Microblading and Henna Tattoos. She left my Eyebrows thick as I asked. Great service!

I’m so happy to find them in Yucaipa? Moreno Valley was my frequent, went in December, no January right before the pandemic, and haven’t been since. Guess they closed, and they’re in Yucaipa.

New to Yucaipa and needed to get my eyebrows threaded. Walked in and was able to get great service. My eyebrows came out great! I was scared at first to try a new place, but this place did not disappoint. I will be coming back and become a regular customer. I would recommend this place.

I can't believe how bad they turned out!!! My eyebrows were so full and nice and i walked in there and this random lady who isnt usually there TOOK MY EYEBROWS AWAY. They are so uneven so thin one is shorter than the other. I can't leave my house with out makeup on them now till theu grow out. Who ever was working there Thursday morning needs to be let go. I truely have never been more upset with my visit there.

Never go here! I went in with perfect eyebrows. It was obvious what needed to be threaded. Instead, the women thinned both of them out, made one arch higher than the other, and shortened my left eyebrow. I have never been so disappointed with my eyebrows before. And to top it off when I walked in the women barely looked at me or greeted me. I was the only one there! Wort experience of my life.
