Lynn is so great. I used to go to her at another nail shop and was so disappointed when I hadn’t seen her there when I went back. I’m so glad that I found her again. She even remembered all the details of how I like my nails and I’m very picky and she always does exactly what I like, she even remembers me and my husband getting married. I just appreciate the small details that is not just about the money but about making me feel comfortable. So glad I found you again Lynn

I spent over $100 tip included to get my nails and feet done for my birthday. I got dip on my real nails which is what I always get and I never have any issues. However this particular time I had a nail break the very next day. I went back and got it fixed and the same night another nail broke. I went back again the next day to get that one fixed only for another one to break again. I went back for the third time and requested a whole fresh set because clearly the nails were going to keep breaking. The man in the shop was visibly upset that I wanted my set redone and was pretending as if he didn't understand what I was saying. He kept pointing at my broken nails as if he was only going to fix those so I kept trying to explain to him I would like the whole set re done because they are going to keep breaking. Him and his wife went back and forth and he finally started to do my nails very roughly. He was purposely trying to hurt me while using the drill going to far up on my nails. He was mad at me for their work being poor quality. It was not my fault that my nails kept breaking. Not to mention when I got my pedicure done it was by a young girl who did not know what she was doing at all. I sat in the pedicure chair for almost an hour with nothing being done. She was using the cuticle trimmers and wasn't even trimming my cuticles. Nothing at all was coming off. I normally do not speak up for myself while in nail shops but this time I had too. I politely asked if someone else could do my pedicure. If i'm coming to a professional shop and paying full price I don't understand why they would have someone practicing on me. The whole experience was terrible and I wont be back. Don't recommend. It ended up being a waste of $110 because even when the set was done over they continued to break. I had to go to another nail shop and get them fixed.

My nail tech was patient and professional. He didn’t quite know what I was asking for but the other techs there were telling him and he figured it out and I was pleased. I WILL BE BACK simply because he didn’t give up!

Always 5 stars for Ruby nails. They do a wonderful job. Lynn my lady and she is wonderful. Taylor is the owner and us wonderful too. Always welcomes me into the salon. Ruby Nails and Spa is under new owners. This was my first visit. Lynn my nail stylist from another nail salon moved here. 🤗 Lynn is the best. She takes great care of me and my friend. Always gentle. My nails look perfect. 😍 Perfect pedi with regular polish and mani with dip powder. We will be back. New colors in 2024. Love the service Taylor, her husband, ans Lynn provide. LYNN always does a great job on mine and Jenn nails.

My experience at Ruby’s nails always exceeds my expectations. I moved to Louisville, a year ago, and this has been the only nail salon I’ve trusted with my nail care. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I, personally, go to Taylor. She is awesome and always puts an extra touch on whatever design you wish.

Taylor is absolutely amazing ! The retention on her sets are immaculate. My black set is after 5 weeks of growth. Not one nail lifted, not one chip, not one break. 10/10 recommend. Go get your nails done for this holiday season. Thank you so much Taylor for getting my nails right before baby boy arrives.

Tina was so nice! She took great care of me while getting my Delux Pedi. Plus her French tip design is one of the best’s I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely request her going forward.
