They do not make you aware that they only use the wax they use on your eye brows. Very unprofessional I actually think the law department should be called to evaluate them and shut the business down.

I have been here multiple times and had varied results. This time was the worst result I've had. I went to get my eyebrows waxed as normal but the woman waxed the bottom half of my right brow off. She didn't brush my eyebrows out before hand to see the shape of them, she just sat me down and went straight in with the wax. I then saw the end result and said she had missed a few hairs on the top, to which she sighed and rolled her eyes, as she had to continue her service. After she was finished she decided to rub a cream of some sort on my face without asking or cleaning her hands prior. This was the worst service I have ever received and the shop is getting more unhygienic every time I go. Funnily enough, I would not recommend anyone to go here, unless they want to sit in a mouldy chair, not have a consultation about what they want and then to have their eyebrows taken off.

My girlfriend came home from her appointment so angry at this horrible service. Did a poor job on the eye brows and the Indian lady was incredibly rude and abrupt. We do not recommend.

This place is under new management, the owner takes care of it now. They are very quick and kind with their customers. This place needs to be filled with customers because I have never seen such a good price for waxing anywhere else. They have facials and deep conditioning which is also great. Highly recommended.

I went today at 6:15 to get my eyebrows done. They close at 6 but she still took me which was nice of her. But she did not speak a single word during the whole service and after she was done she just walked away without cleaning or telling me anything. I had to ask her if we are done. She did not ask me if i like my brows. I looked into the mirror my left brow was looking way thinner than other and a big chunk was taken off from the front of right brow. Very poor and unprofessional staff. She could just tell me they are closed for the day instead of ruining my brows and giving me this disgusting attitude.

Update: Changing this to one star. According to Google, the studio opens at 11 am. I called for an appointment at 12:45 but was in the neighborhood & figured I could just go in & wait. I arrived at 12:30 but doors were locked & lights were off. I had to call the number and they said my appointment was at 12:45 which I then explained that I’m aware but given that I’m here already, i should at least be let in. They said they would be there soon. I waited outside for over 15 minutes and no one arrived. I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for about 2 years. But recently the service has been horrible. Why advertise you’re open at 11 if there’s no one there to let anyone in? And knowing you have an appointment at 12:45 why is no one there at least 20 minutes beforehand? I originally gave this place 3 stars but after today’s incident, it’s dropped to 1. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be back here again since this isn’t the first time something like this happened.

Worse servive , went for eyebrows and waxing, she left me unattended after waxing and run to attend a different customer. Moreover, the thread she is using is the thread we use for sewing the cloths and not for eyebrows. Very unprofessional. Price online and actual price is different.
