Very welcoming. Tatiana was my sylist and it was a first time visit. She did an excellent job determining my color and styling preferences and combined with her expertise I received service that exceeded my expectations. I had to travel quite far to go to this salon...well worth the trip...I will certainly return.

On vacation in Scottsdale; found this salon close to me, online. Easy to make appointment online. Salon is very open and bright, and my blowout was great! $40 blowout more reasonable than all the ‘blowout bars’! Will definitely return on my next vacation to Scottsdale!

I was running late and didn't get to see my usual hair person. The salon probably meant to be helpful and put me with another stylist. I've had a short bob for a long time and expected the same cut but instead my hair is chopped and awful. Given how expensive Rumors is one would expect top notch of all their staff. It's going to be a long couple of months for this mess to grow out. The only plus side is I now have time to find another salon. My own fault for having been delayed at home but it would have been better for them to cancel when I arrived rather than put me with some one who screwed up my hair for the next two to three months.

I've been coming here for the past few months and getting my hair done by the lovely and kind Cayla. She always welcomes me with a big smile and makes sure I am comfortable and satisfied the entire service. Seriously worth every penny especially with the complimentary massage they give you at the shampoo bowl! I highly suggest this salon and personally recommend Cayla and her services! I get compliments almost every day regarding my hair because of her😍!

I have been going to Rumors since I moved to AZ and have always had a wonderful, relaxing experience. Marie did my hair today and she is the absolute best. She is so sweet and my hair turned out gorgeous! I can’t recommend her enough 😊

I've been a blonde for over a decade. I asked for some dimension and after 2 hours came out a complete brunette and $345 poorer. When I was honest and said I was unhappy, the stylist threw his hands down and asked if I wanted him to finish drying my hair! 100% unprofessional and now nothing I can do because of the amount of damage it will do to my hair. 9/26/24 I was contacted by the salon manager who was very professional and apologetic for my experience. I was surprised to hear back and very happy with her response and professionalism, which is why I changed the number of stars. The Salon clearly does pride itself on customer service.

Beautiful salon, extremely friendly staff, great selection of amazing hair products. Greg was my stylist, and delivered absolutely incredible results. My hair was gorgeous, and great conversation on top of that. Thank you!!!

It was so nice and clean when I walked into the room they welcomed me and asked if I would like anything to drink the hair stylist was honest like I have very fine hair and he asked what I wanted than he took a pic of my hair told me what he thought than washed my hair did some cutting and I have never likedy hair more so if your someone with fine hair this salon will make it look thic and I'm sure they do great on thic hair too very quick Only 20 mins a little expensive was $65 and I got my hair washed cut and layers

Did I get an ok haircut? Yes. Was it what I asked for(and showed a pic of)? Not even close, and my hair was cut way too short. Putting it all together, not worth 130$ for just a cut and blowout.

When Greg Greer began my “hair journey” I went from long to shoulder length then short. He is so confident in his cuts, which made me say “style my hair however you want”. I receive compliments all the time. Greg is a master in cut, color and highlights. He also does men’s cuts. He is highly talented and has my recommendation!!

Love Pavlina! BUT, price for hair color, highlights and blow dry for a pixie (super short) hair style is INSANE!! There was no cut involved and I walked out with sticker shock for $295.00, not including cash tip given directly to stylist. I called the manager and left a message with the receptionist about the above comments. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard a word. Very disappointed by the lack of care by management and the outrageous cost.

My first time at this salon. It is beautiful with the kindest, most accommodating staff. I brought my niece there for a haircut and blow dry with Sandra and she was so sweet and wonderful and did such a beautiful job. It was a great experience from booking my appointment over the phone to outstanding work by Sandra! A great addition to Market Street in DC Ranch!

Greg Greer is amazing. He has been doing my hair for over a decade & he has vast experience i his field. He is highly educated & knowledgeable in the hair color field. My cuts are always stylish & classy. His clients are classy. He has long term clients & is very busy. He makes me feel like a movie star every time he does my hair. He can cut long hair. He also cuts my husband’s hair who has nice long hair , thanks to Greg. He is the best!

I’ve been seeing Kate for over a year now (three times at this location) and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the salon, itself. Kate is a rockstar stylist for the quality of her cuts and for her personality. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll leave looking great after having a great conversation.
