I love this Salon and I love my hair stylist Sam! She is so awesome and does a great job every time. I use their app to schedule my appointments at least 6 months in advance to make sure I get her.

Had the best experience with Molly today! She did exactly what I asked for and was so kind and understanding! Highly recommend seeing Molly if you have had a bad haircut and need a little TLC!

Totally destroyed my hair. Had highlights put in and I asked many times not to make them brassy. They are 100% brassy and they look awful. I also asked for a “trim”, specifically stating several times that I liked the length that I had and just wanted to fix some layers and “trim” very little. He took off 6” and squared off the back which I did not want. On top of that, I have curly hair and it look me forever to grow it out to the middle of my back. Now it’s at my shoulders….this will take me YEARS to get it back the way I loved it and it looks horrible. On top of that, I go to check out and it was $400! I had to spend another $60 to get a toner/ gloss at the store afterwards to get as much of the orange out as possible. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Everyone is so friendly, and they all work as a team. From the moment you are greeted as you walk in until it's time to check out, you're made to feel at home....like they really want to see you! Mondays are my favorite days to come in because they're not as busy as the other days, and parking is a breeze.

I love what Ela has done with my hair. The first time she did it I told her I was unhappy- she fixed me immediately. Normally I have a ton of anxiety in the hairdresser but she was amazing. I know she’s new there but my god she’s good! I will never go anywhere else again.

I have been a regular here and love Ariana and Fariba! I recently got highlights and Ariana was so great. She made sure my hair doesn’t get damaged and eased me into the lightening process . Genuine human being and incredible to talk to. Fariba is an expert when it comes to hair styles and cuts and always is fun to interact with as well.

Greg did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I came into my appointment 30 minutes late because of a scheduling issue, and was told that i’d change hairdressers from Lily (i think) to Greg. I was a bit nervous because i have lots of anxiety when it comes to my hair, but I sat down with him and his laid back personality and chill vibe helped me relax! I had dark brown box dye and a couple brassy bleached chunky highlights I did myself (never again haha) and told him i wanted to go blonde. I knew that wasn’t possible and he was able to take me to a warm bronde (full highlights) with light blonde from where my hair was bleached before. I loved that he took the time to care about keeping my curls healthy and opted for full highlights instead of the more damaging option I wanted at first. This man took me with absolutely no notice AND stayed 2 hours AFTER the shop closed when everyone left for the day just to finish my hair. Greg was absolutely wonderful and I had an amazing experience with him. So easy to talk to and VERY talented at his job. He got my hair lifted lighter than I could imagine was possible and it’s still so healthy and beautiful. Thank you SO much Greg, you made my confidence come back:) So nice to have such a great experience with such a humble person.

I recently made a last minute appointment at Rumors salon after my regular hairdresser became unavailable. I was assigned to the next available hairstylist. The price I paid for a cut and blow dry was $95, whereas the online quote stated $90, which was disappointing What disappointed me further was i felt extremely rushed. The entire process, from start to finish, took only 35 minutes. When I visit my regular hairdresser, it usually takes at least an hour and a half for a wash, cut, blow dry, and style, and they charge only $70. Comparing these experiences, I can only give this salon two stars. There was one aspect of the service that I did enjoy, and that was the thorough hair washing and conditioning with a nice short massage. It was a pleasant experience. However, when it came to cutting my hair, the stylist took only about three minutes, and the blow drying was done sloppily in just 10 minutes. There was little to no conversation throughout, and I found the stylist to be somewhat rough while handling my hair during the blow drying process. While the haircut itself is not terrible and will do for now, it falls short of my expectations for a $95 service. I was hoping for a more personalized customer service experience and attention to detail.

I've been going here for about 4 years and have had a great experience each time! It's bright, clean and has a very upbeat vibe with very friendly staff and hair stylists. I usually let my hair grow out for a while before cutting a lot of and each time I've done it, I've left feeling confident with such a drastic change thanks to the skills and positive affirmations from the stylists! Price is a little high compared to other places I've been to for just a hair cut, but the quality is excellent!

Never go to this salon. I went in wanting platinum blonde with a root shadow, my stylist told me it would have to be done in 2 sessions which i decided I was okay with even though I told her I do not like dimension and like it to be all one solid blonde. She decided to give me a full highlight for first session which isn’t something I wanted but I trusted her that I would get what I want in 2 sessions. She didn’t have enough time for me and rushed through the service which ended up with the crown of my head (the last section she did) to be a little patchy, but still overall my hair looks good. Everything was okay until it was time to pay. The full highlight started at $165 and I got a haircut and blow dry which on the website said $60 which includes styling. So, I expected to pay around $250 plus tip which I think is on the more expensive end but pretty standard. I got up to the counter and was charged $410 not including tip… I have never in my life paid so much money for my hair before. I was in shock and added an 18% tip which I regret doing. All in all I got robbed $480. I called and asked for a price breakdown thinking maybe I prepaid for my next session or something because there’s no way it was that much money. The receptionist told me the breakdown full highlight: $165 apparently I received 2 toners for $50 EACH (i’ve never paid more than $15 for a toner) root shadow: $50 and haircut and blow dry: $95… I still have not figured out why I was charged $95 for the haircut and blow dry. The website quoted $60 for that and said it includes styling. I am a full time college student and feel completely robbed. This service cost me almost what I make in a whole month :( I was not disclosed this price beforehand as I thought I would be charged for the full highlight, haircut + blow dry, and whatever extra bowls of bleach. If you charge THIS MUCH for service and product why would the stylist not disclose this beforehand 😭 That being said I have canceled my next appointment and will never be back there or ever recommend this place. Scammers. Would anyone have paid $410 for what I got?
