I’ve been going to this salon for over 4 years now, and I can’t say enough about this place! Ignacio is tough to get an appointment with but that’s because he’s so good at what he does! He does my highlights and is responsive, consistent, and very friendly. I highly recommend!

My son went to Reno and asked for a fade in the back and left the salon after paying. He is 17 and went on his own and paid with his own money. A couple of days passed and I noticed his hair looked a little off in the back so I checked it myself and half of the fade is completely missing. You can tell by the photo that his hair is noticeably longer on one side and not symmetrical. I called the salon and asked for Reno to make it right. They told my son to head down to get it fixed. They then had him wait for an hour to been seen. I had to call to get some help for my kid because he was already there and was made to return. Reno was defensive and took no accountability for the haircut when I tried to explain the situation to him over the phone. Definitely sad and disappointed about this situation.

Reno is a super friendly guy and does a great job with my hair. Not much more expensive than the "bargain" places but about 10x the quality!

The studio is nice, the front desk is friendly, but this was my second cut with Johanna and she was just so unfriendly both times. I liked my first cut alright, so I rescheduled. But this time, she cut "long, blended layers" as one blunt layer and then barely washed my hair (like passed the shampoo over the top of my hair and rinsed it). At the end, I mentioned that the layer was shorter than I expected and she said "Oh no...", handed me my purse, and walked to the front desk to watch me pay for the service. Sorry Runway 😭

I had my first experience there yesterday with Celeste. Hadn’t had my haircut for six months and really needed it re-styled. Estee really knows her craft. She gave me several suggestions for my hair care that were very helpful. She did exactly what I asked and when I didn’t like it because it was what my husband wanted lol she fixed it. She was so patient with me! The salon itself was clean, nicely set up, not like a typical hair salon, but very effective. And it had a nice peaceful comfortable feeling about it. I will definitely go back next time. I need a trim!

Added one star for business offering to schedule a consultation to change the hairstyle. Went in for a simple trim without a change of shape, got a different (unwanted) style.

It would be helpful if the place was actually open during the advertised hours. Loved someone staring out the window at me while I try to open the door...not the 2st time this has happened. I'll be buying my product elsewhere

I really wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for Runway Hair Studio for hosting some pretty awesome community events to not only support local businesses but also bring families together. The family who owns Runway Hair Studio seems genuinely family and community oriented, I find that becoming increasingly uncommon. Some other things I enjoyed were the cleanliness of the salon, the overall aesthetic, and the variety of services offered. Kudos to Runway Hair Studio!
