I used to come here to get my hair done but after today I will be seeking a new hair salon. Punctuality is everything to me. I had a scheduled appointment today for 11am. I went to my appointment early ( 5-10 minutes early ) and the door was locked which I said to myself well it’s not 11am yet. At 11:00am I rang the doorbell and nothing, the door was still locked. At 11:05 I rang the doorbell again and nothing. I called twice and it went straight to voicemail. At 11:15am someone came out and opened the door. By that time I was already frustrated and wanted to leave. The girl at the salon argued that she kept the door locked because it was just her and some other client alone in the salon and that she didn’t trust the guy outside that was doing his job trimming the grass? Which was weird for me to hear. I had a scheduled appointment and although she was polite she offered to reschedule the appointment for me….which defeats the purpose of obtaining a scheduled appointment in the first place. I was entertained with the offer of a “quick style,” that would take “10-15 minutes” which again is NOT why I scheduled an appointment in the first place with a “professional hair salon.” I can do a “quick style,” at home for free. The young lady apologized but I was already aggravated. When someone schedules an appointment with your business you have an obligation to be responsible to have that appointment met. Gas is expensive enough as it is.

Beth is amazing and I love love my hair♥️♥️. It is a bit pricey especially if you're there for about 5 hours getting colour removed and new colour and haircut.. lol. But I am in love with my new hair

Brittany u truly are amazing!!! Rush has the sweetest and most friendliest staff ever!!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great hairdo and wonderful nice people to be around❤️❤️❤️ I have been searching for over 2 years for a place like this!!! #rushismynewfavoriteplace

First timer and I loved the people (everyone was very friendly, which helped alot with my anxiety issues) and love my hair!! Did some purples, pinks and teal! I'm so freakin excited!! It looks amazing!! Also got cut which most people don't understand how curly hair really works. Brittany and Chelsi did an awesome job!! 😍😍😍

I went there today & I have to say I wasn’t impressed at all. I got the feeling that they were rushing me out the door, my stylist told me she “didnt have time” to style my hair after she cut it even though I had made an appointment. They were friendly but my stylist didn’t give me what I wanted. I wanted a lot of layers and even showed her pictures of what I liked but instead she just took many inches off my hair.

I went to Rush Salon because my hair was a mess from a bad haircut and really bad dye job. The girl who fixed my hair was wonderful. She understood what I wanted and more. Love my hair. I will be going back. They are a little pricey but I haven't been to a good Salon in a long time. It was well worth it.

Erica Heagy has been taking care of my hair for the last few months and I can’t say enough great things about her. She has helped to keep my platinum blonde locks fresh and healthy. She is very skilled at what she does and is so personable as well. Having a wonderful hairstylist is great, but having a stylist that you can chit chat and laugh with is even better. I absolutely love the atmosphere at Rush Salon! The overall customer service there completely surpasses other salons I’ve been to in the past.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is honestly the best salon I have ever been to. I needed a color correction, highlight, and toner on red hair.... What Chelsi was able to accomplish is absolutely AMAZING! The people there have a real passion for what they do. They make you feel like a valued customer, not just another customer on the "conveyor belt." Again thank you Chelsi & Brittany for a wonderful experience! I can't wait for my next appointment!

Your final satisfaction goes above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. It is no wonder why she has become so successful so fast.
