honestly, when i came here i don’t want to give any expectations as this salon might not look like the expensive boutique ones but given the low expectation, i love the haircut here better than the expensive ones that i tried. O is a very nice hairdresser and she will make you achieve the cut that you want. All people seems hardworking and nice.

I use to come here all the time for trims and haircuts and even brought family members here for haircuts and dyes. The owner cut my hair all the time initially and she does a good job. On recent trips it’s was cut by someone else. Usually just trims. On the last trip they did NOT do a good job. It was simply just awful. They do not listen to what you want, even if you repeatedly tell them what you want. I even went back the next day to see if they could just fix it a little and they DEFENDED their bad job. I went to another place and when I said “I got a bad haircut someplace else” and he responded with “yeah I can see that.” He was able to fix my hair and give me exactly what I wanted. Don’t come here. There are plenty of other hair salons and if you want a really good one I highly recommend new light hair at 2346 86th street. They really take their time with all clients, listen to everything you ask and don’t rush you out just so they can sit down and do nothing or watch tv like they do here.

Great service, quick and simple. Definitely would come back again. A lot of people who left negative reviews probably had their own reasons, but I think too many people who do come here and enjoy the service do not leave positive reviews enough so here’s mine 👍

Excellent service. I was very nervous at first but I am impress that it turned out awesome here. May was the one who did my highlight and washed my hair at the end of the washed she did some massage on my head and shoulder a bit. Sandy was the one who blow my hair. First time coming here for the summer I only planned to do highlight and dye my hair. I will be back for my cutting part and root touch up later. Thank you

I really don’t recommend this place, I went there to cut my daughters’ hair “10 and 8 years old”, and when the lady washing their hair she pulling it very hard and also when she dry it or brush it she’s pulling it really really hard😡and not a very good service 😞😞

Service is HORRIBLE, everyone talking or always on their phone. I told this woman 10 times what haircut I wanted and exactly how I wanted it. This chick literally spent 5 mins and said she was done. At the end, it looked like a child was given scissors and told to cut hair. Not coming back here

Customer service is horrible! They open the door full swing and leave it open in 40-degree weather. I asked several times to close the door because it is cold, but they ignored my request.

This is the only hair salon I trust to take care of my hair. They give a wash, cut and blow out. I also come here to bleach my roots to keep my hair bright blue. They have great prices and friendly staff. I'd never dream of going anywhere else for my hair care needs.

I always went to this hair salon but last time the hairdresser was aggressive and didn't listen and cut my hair very short. Didn't even try to fix the situation. Out of inattention, the amount was withdrawn from my card twice.

I asked to get this done to my hair ( the photo I provided ) and I got nothing like that. I got a dark pink almost purple . not highlights like I wanted half my hair was pink. and I wasted 100 bucks it came out in 2 days. I though it was just a waist of time to sit in a chair for 3 hours and pay a lot for it to come out in 2 days. I would not get color there again but maybe just a trim. Next time you might wanna spend more money in a good high end place and get exactly what u wanted and it last for a long period of time

I just recently moved to Bensonhurst and I was looking for an eyebrow and haircut salon. I finally found it 😊I like the way the lady did my eyebrows, wash my hair and cut. Good service! Coming back for my eyebrows and coming in the next three months for my haircut.

Definitely won’t recommend. Very bad service, the manager is rude and impolite. She made me wait 2 hours to get my hair done and had a very bad attitude. Does not respect customers. She’s also racist and changes the price based on your race and treats certain customers better than others. Worst salon experience I’ve ever had, definitely will not return. I heard bad things about her from my friend before but after seeing it for myself I’m absolutely certain I will not come back
