I used to visit Sachi Salon when it was newer and well run, years ago. When I tried them again during the holiday months, I went to Candace Grant. I gave her a couple of chances, but NEVER AGAIN will I return to this salon. If you go to her, be prepared to pay whatever she dictates, even if you had received the same service the month before, you will pay more each time without any explanations. She will take quick coffee breaks or lunch breaks on your time because it's all about her. When she's done rushing around, she will charge you whatever she feels and follow-up with shoving her phone toward your face expecting a huge tip. She's extremely rude. Not only did the price escalate, but the service she provided, base and highlights, NO CUT, was always the same, just mediocre, certainly nothing special. One time, she ran out of the color and didn't notify me until I was already there. Also, she doesn't listen to customers or care what they want, it's all about her time (and she always rushes). She damaged my hair, but no more. I found a wonderful stylist at a smaller boutique salon who actually cares about people. She's a pleasure to visit. I'm not sure how the other stylists are at Sachi's, but I'm not willing to visit that salon again. They need to vet their employees before hiring them. The owner probably doesn't even know about their individual practices. Horrible experience.

Destiny (@desmirized) is amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable and provided her expertise on my hair type and texture to help me get the look I wanted. She was so easy to talk to and I will definitely be returning!👏

Brooke is very educated on hair extensions and walked me through various, custom options catered to my hair type. I have never had such an amazing extension installation experience. They are so comfortable and blend so seamlessly. 10/10 recommend going to Brooke for extensions and highlights! (Not to mention she is just so much fun and love going to see her!!)

Brooke did a most thorough job in washing my hair prior to cutting it with state of the art hair cutting equipment. She had my head in a cradle that was padded to keep my neck relaxed. This shampooing and washing was much like a massage. Her state of the art cutting instruments provided the cleanest and most comfortable hair treatment I have ever experienced. Looking forward to my next hair care visit with Brooke at Edwards Styling.

I made an appointment over a week ago with a stylist that specializes in bleach, Melissa. Received a confirmation text the night before my appointment which i answered Y. I drove 2 1/2 hours for my appointment. Checked in with the front desk, they confirmed my appointment. So, after waiting a half hour I finally ask if they would check to see how much longer it would be. Melissa was no where to be found, not in the salon. So after I shared how upset I was, they (front desk girls) then try to call and come back with the answer that she had a death in the family and that Melissa had tried to call several times over the weekend. I never received a call or text. Remember I got a confirmation text Sunday evening. If there was a death in the family, I’m sorry. But, the management of the salon should have notified the clients about the cancellation of our appointment. You have a beautiful salon but don’t think I’ll try again. Had scheduled color, and cut.

The little boy that works your front desk sat in the lot reving his extremely loud engine for almost 5 minutes and then almost hit another car and then 2 pedestrians on his way out he is here because he is coming to work for you please address this issue

I never want to go to a different stylist. Joey is absolutely fantastic. I have long thin hair and have always been nervous about seeing a stylist. Joey listened to my concerns and kindly shared his knowledge and possible options for my hair. He was the first person to take the time to hear what I wanted and achieve the exact result effortlessly. His skill is evident, and I left the salon feeling elevated and confident.

I was new to the area and was given a recommendation for this salon. I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm with a stylist. The front desk staff could not find the stylist, and after 20 minutes of waiting past my appointment, they called the stylist who had left for the day.

Jessica Simpson did my hair - wash, blow dry and styling of my medium-length hair: deep side part, loose waves. I left the salon looking and feeling super-glamorous for a wedding I was attending the first weekend of September 2023. The salon was able to accommodate my request for an appointment the same day. We were visiting from the DC area. Overall, this was a five-star experience 🤩!

Rachael is the best she does an amazing job every time! I decided to go with a different color and dye my hair for the first time in years and she did such a great job that I’ve been coming back and touching up this color for the past year! I won’t go to anyone else or trust anyone else with my hair:)

Exceptional service from Lily. My hair is now silky smooth, soft, and shiny. It feels a lot more manageable. I'm super tender headed, with a lot of long, tangle prone hair, so I tend to be really anxious about having my hair touched. Lily was so gentle and calming, I can't wait to come back!

Melissa G is amazing! She is a blonde hair expert. I’ve been coloring my blonde hair for 20 years and have tried hundreds of stylists. She deeply understands the different tones of blonde hair and listens intently to the needs of her clients. Plus, she’s always beyond pleasant and so kind! I can’t recommend her enough for cut & color!

Kerry at Sachi is the best brow-shaper in the west! I have been seeing Kerry for over 10 years for brow waxes and I always receive compliments on my brows. Kerry is meticulous and goes the extra mile to make my brows look amazing. Love the Kelley Baker products to help maintain brow beauty in between waxes. Kerry knows her stuff!

Came to this salon. Asked to be booked with a master stylist who specializes in dark hair highlighting. I asked for ashy hair but ended up with someone who was very nice, but inexperienced. Needed to come back the same day to fix my "orange" brassy hair. Was charged full price despite the fact the stylist knew she did not give me what I wanted plus I wasted hours of time and driving. Complained to the manager who is ignoring my complaint. I suggest to find a salon that is accountable and connected to their clients!!! The stylists here rent the chair and work for themselves so have the flexibility to do what they want as it is their own business. You pay each stylist individually, not at the desk. Its a nice place with nice products, but I do not care for the poor customer service. They barely acknowledge you let alone offer you coffee... don't really care about anyone who walks through the door. I came home and had to use drugstore color to fix the tone and went to get prof. products to repair the breakage and damage. The stylist knew I had an important event two days later. Thank GOD I only let her color my hair and not cut it. My brother who is becoming a lawyer but used to be the district manager for Kerastase for California and Arizona was mortified when he saw my hair. Couldn't believe the lack of experience my stylist had and how the "manager" handled it. STRESSFULL and waste of money and time. Am so disappointed on so many levels. Why is good customer service so hard to find??? Im willing to pay for it.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience. We set up appointments over a week and a half in advance for my mothers 50th birthday dinner. They gave us the prices of all the services over the phone. For a wash cut and style was $40. She had a 4 o’clock hair appointment and a 5oclock makeup appointment and the receptionist told us to wait in the waiting room until the hair stylist came in. 45 min later we’re still waiting and the receptionist never tried to explain what was happening. She was just trying to avoid the whole situation. I had to go up to her and ask what was going on and all she said was “sorry, the hair stylist is late”. So the make up lady shows up and does her makeup. We don’t have enough time to wash or cut her hair (which she was soo excited about) so we just do a quick curl since we’re already very late. Kristin, the hair stylist curled her hair and never apologized for being late! She just did a quick 10 min curl and then left quickly before we pay up front. The receptionist tells me it is $20 for a curl so I go get my card and when I come back she says sorry I meant $40! I told her we got quoted $40 when we booked for a cut wash and style and she said that every hair stylist is different. So I pay it. I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication and no one even said apologized !!

Had my first appointment with Megan D and she was just wonderful! Greeted me warmly, looked carefully at the texture and condition of my hair, listened to what I wanted then gave me the best cut and color I’ve ever had. Plus she was fun and interesting to talk with during the appointment, even though I am old enough to be her mother 😄. Would highly recommend Megan D!
