BEWARE if you are looking for rental space as a business owner spare yourself great pain and look elsewhere. I am writing this review as a previous tenant med spa in Sachi salons run by Aaron (son of the owner) and Kristen his manager. without going into detail of the events and the abuse from Aaaron that I experienced as a tenant in sachi salons I am writing in hopes to protect others, especially females, biz owners since I witnessed others treated with disrespect from Aaron.Because he is the son of the owner he is able to run a house of terror and control. His father is aware of this and allows it. I had theft in my med spa of product and filed a police report. Aaron denied anyone who worked for him that had keys my med spa in the evening would have stole product. i was told he has video in the building, yet refused to watch his video to see who entered my salon when it was closed. Aaron used his power and control to treat me with utmost disrespect. threats and absolute untruths due to his girlfriend, being best friends with one of the business owners there. The details of what occurred while I was there would be too lengthy to write. There were so many. he is extremely unprofessional. and acts because his father is the owner he has the right to not be ethical. Look elsewhere and save yourself. great pain as a business owner if you're looking. for a nice rental place because this is not it.!

I was waiting in the nicely A/C lobby all was nicely clean very polite hair stylist and was comfortable 👍 Great atmosphere

It is a fantastic place to get your hair done! It is wealth of lots of different hair and beauty salons.I loved StainD! My hair stylist Ashley P. at StainD is amazing! She is a phenomenal hair stylist and colorist as well! I would highly recommend it!

came into salon Tuesday for highlights and layered haircut. When it was finished it was brassy yellow and I after ten minutes if looking at my hair in the car..I wasn't happy with the quality and the cut as well.. so I walked back in and the desk called manager.. then the other stylist sat down with me and they called Rachel to come back to salon because she left immediately after my appointment. I waited 15 minutes and Rachel came back.. she was not happy.. she told me she was on way to dr appointment and now she'll have to change it and why didn't I tell her earlier? She wished I would've told her while she was there.. I had showed her multiple pictures for the color highlights and the cut prior to the service.. she took me to the bowl to fix it and started putting stuff on top of my hair but kept sweeping the bottom of my hair away so not to get it wet?... then she clipped it aside saying she didn't want to have to dry it all over again.. she left me at bowl for 10 minutes then rinsed top of my hair and started blow drying it again which I think had color on the clip and it deposited.. I had about 10 to 12 blotches of black and orange and there's no way Rachel didn't see that before sending me out!? Telling me let her know now before she finishes drying itso tell her now if it's better... I saw no difference but I was done letting her try to fix it.. because it was clear she didn't want to do it spend more time.. and I felt she didn't take pride in her work.. it was more important for her to get out of there and move on than to fix her mistakes.. I was so concerned about the so called 10 min fix after her clipping hair on side while applying product in the bowl.. so I left and called another salon..another salon that also gas good reviews.. and made appointment to fix it .. we took pictures and it was shocking what we saw in my hair!! Any stylist would recognize that this was a poor job and the bleeding and blotches were all throughout the hair so bad I had to have the whole service done again by the new salon along with the cut because I had no layers that I asked for! The stylist Dres hair salon in North Scottsdale did my hair again and did tge layers and it's absolutely gorgeous but I had to pay $220 to fix . I've been trying to reach manager for a couple days by calling and email.

Had never been to this place before but my pedicure place Sole Pedicures now has a suite at this location. They do great work and I've used them for a long time. Happy to be in a new location and glad my pedicure lady has a new home.

Myron at Nizhon in Studio 11 does a great job. He spent the time to do my hair and it turned out great! I highly recommend Myron.

Pamela is my stylist and she is fantastic!! I just got a new short pixie cut that I have been getting so many compliments on. Pamela is very meticulous with her cuts and colours. I love love love her and have recommended her to all my co workers and friends.
