As someone who has had regular massages throughout their life I can tell you that Tammy is an exceptional massage therapist. She doesn’t ‘phone it in’ and she has an intuitive knowledge of where you need more pressure or work done based on your tense spots and she addresses them thoroughly. She has strong hands and is able to exert as much pressure as you would like. She really worked out the tense spots in my neck and shoulders as well as focused on other areas that I asked her to. After trying her I bought a package of several massages because she’s someone I would like to see every couple of weeks to address some chronic tight spots and then as a sort of maintenance program after that. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Have been going to Sacred Body Massage for a few months now so wanted to share my experience - Tammy is very thoughtful and personalizes your massage each session depending on your concerns. She has the magical touch when it comes to relieving my back pain. She is also very approachable and responds quickly. A couple of time she accommodated my last minute request which I really appreciated. Moreover, the location is central to get to and the massage room is clean, comfortable and has a very soothing ambience. 100% the best investment you can make for yourself!

Tammy was wonderful! I’ve been very tight in my back and shoulders and she really took the time to listen to my needs and attend to them! The space is nice, clean, and calming. No complaints here!!! I have already booked my next appointment!

Tammy makes me so relaxed and always seems to find “knots” I didn’t even know were there. I feel like an entirely different person when I leave! Nursing is a hard on the body but Tammy makes a HUGE difference. Thank you from my toes to my scalp!

Nice inviting enviornment. The massage was great, Tammy hit all my trouble spots and left feeling light and loose verses how stiff and tenses I was when I came. Redeeming my groupon was easy and not stressful at all.
