I don’t know whether or not all the locations are linked but this review is for the OP location. I visited this place in early December to get my lip waxed, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. During the waxing, the lady removed some skin from my top lip, which left me devastated. I had just cleared up my skin, and it was looking great—this incident completely ruined that progress. When I called to let her know what happened, she was incredibly nonchalant about the situation. I had to push for advice on what to do, and all she suggested was to apply aloe vera. Even now, I still have a small scar that I’m hoping will continue to fade. This was a really upsetting experience, and I definitely won’t be returning. If you decide to go here, be cautious!

Wanted to get my eyebrows fixed up after she finished and she refused and told me no! After she botched up me and my friends eyebrows! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Totally disgusted by the visit, they don't know how to do their job. Just robbed $124 shamelessly instead of apologising for the mess they created. They better go and learn before sitting there and spoiling important life events of others.

Did an amazing job at shaping my eyebrows. I like a thicker shape and she did amazing at keeping my eyebrows thick and filling. They also offer tinting which is great.

I wish I knew the name of the lady who did my eyebrows. She doesn’t know how to do the eyebrow and even after doing mistake she showed a wrong attitude to hide her mistake. She started blaming me that I told her to do this and that. No works ethics at all. No one should go for eyebrow threading! I wish l can select zero start but unfortunately I have to select one star.

Manal has threaded my eyebrows for years! She’s hands down the absolute best, I won’t let anyone else touch my brows. She’s honest, consistent, and talented.

The prices are damn expensive. She charged us 65$ for simple U shape haircut and blowdry. The printed bill says Haircolor instead haircut. It was our mistake to not ask for prices beforehand. Will never visit this place again.

DO NOT COME HERE. Lady that did my eyebrows was rude moving my hands to hold my eyebrows roughly. Spent literally 5 mins doing my eyebrows and when I looked eyebrows was uneven and when I told her they was uneven she said “nope they good” no aloe no alcohol roughly brushed my eyebrow. Please go somewhere else. Lady at the front desk apologized and refunded me my money she was very nice.

I had a eyebrow threading with a Specialist Manisha on St. Johns Parkway location. The service was very quick and I loved the way my eyebrow looked perfect, the way I wanted in a long time. Loved the customer service. She is very amiable. Iam going here again for other services.

Read all the great reviews for this place, so I drive 20 min to get eyebrows threaded.. lady that did my eyebrows (wish I knew her name) first of all she had a flat affect attitude.. after she had finished she didn’t even brush my eyebrows and I had to ask for aloe/alcohol to rub across eyebrows like they do at the other places. So I guess I’ll see if they are done correctly when I get home and brush them myself. The whole vibe in there felt weird, maybe that’s why it was completely empty. First and last time going.

My experience with Sadhana was amazing the owner Sandy was so very friendly, attentive with me. She was very professional the salon was very clean. The facial was so good I definitely recommend this place. I’m coming back for sure I’m from Tampa and I will come back.

Got my face threaded per usual and the woman was very harsh on my face. My face is completely irritated and burning sensation. This isnt my first time getting a facial thread. I'm aware of the after care but this time I'm in pain and uncomfortable. I have irritation and acne now!

I went to this place the owner and other worker whose petite are mean and rude. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and they said something about me in their language and the owner laughed. They are unprofessional and rude.

I’ve been to this place twice before. And this will be my last time. I went in on Friday to get my eyebrows and a face wax done. The middle eastern lady who worked here severely burned and ripped the skin of my face. Unacceptable and unprofessional, if you are not properly trained in doing these kinds of services you should not attempt.

Whether you have a lot of hair, thinning hair, thick, long, short, it doesn’t matter. Staff figures out a way to make it the best! The facility is always clean with a comfortable waiting area. The staff is friendly and the location is good. It’s a great location but the talent inside, also including Sadhna, is definitely the most valuable!

I get my eyebrows threaded regularly and Urvashi Patel always does an amazing job! Highly recommend for a regular eyebrow threading place! There is always a short-no wait and they are quick, clean and affordable!
