What a great place for some pampering! I had a massage with Taylor and pedi with Chloe. Both were absolutely fantastic and I'll be back. Customer service was top notch and pricing was reasonable.

I had first seen Sadona Salon + Spa when I first moved to Annapolis and my husband was showing me around town. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful outdoor aesthetic and location. When I started doing research on where to get my facials done, I decided to give Sadona a shot. I have done facials with Donna a couple of times now (with more scheduled!) and I recently went for an eyebrow wax with Samantha. All of my experiences were 10/10, from the hospitality to the inside decor to the calm vibe. I used to get my eyebrows threaded and I also have gotten them waxed before at other salons. My experience with Samantha was top notch and she was extremely professional and knowledgable on how to shape and wax. I felt literally no pain from the wax (which was different from my experiences at other places), and that alone sold me as a forever client with Samantha. Donna is extremely knowledgable when it comes to facials. She walks you through the entire process if you're new and you can trust her to take care of your skin. I'm always leaving absolutely glowing and feeling my best. I am planning on trying out Sadona's massage services soon and will update when I do.

I had my first visit at Sadona spa this afternoon. I enjoyed an incredible facial with Donna. I picked a classic facial because it was my first time, and I wasn't sure what would be best. Everything about the experience was amazing. The check in process was smooth and I was whisked away to their relaxing lounge where I almost forgot I was in the heart of downtown Annapolis. It was an oasis and so relaxing. The facilities are luxurious, but comfortable. Every aspect of your experience is curated to be unique, just for you, and so relaxing. All the staff were the right balance of friendly, yet reserved enough to enhance the relaxation time. The robe was plush and cozy, I almost fell asleep on the facialist table I was so comfortable. I have spa'd extensively and this was by far the best experience I have had outside of a major spa. If you are looking for a respite, and the best in innovative, healthy, and effective treatments and products I highly recommend you check it out. Thank you Donna and team, I will be back. Hopefully soon. 😘

Can not say enough good things about this place, From the person who answered the phone, Jasmine, to my esthetician Cate. We had 5 total girls who have never had facials, and they were so accommodating to a last minute large party. 5 stars doesn’t even touch the surface of a rating for this salon. My skin has never felt better.

A massage with Kelly is the best gift! She is amazing and the details in the spa are wonderful. They use the best products and essential oils to elevate the treatment, but honestly she could use anything and still be above and beyond your expectations! Can't wait to be back.

This past Saturday I was visiting Annapolis for a Navy football game. I was having back pain due to other issues and needed a massage so badly. I was able to snag a spot with Kelly and I was just blown away. The spa is simply stunning. Calming ambiance, clean, and welcoming. Kelly started the massage by asking me which essential oils I preferred from a trio of choices and she used the aromatherapy during the massage. The massage itself was the fastest 90 minutes of my life! Kelly kept making sure I was comfortable but didn’t overtalk and she let me relax. The pressure was perfect and I feel 10000 times better today. Worth every single penny. Will be back here every single time I’m in town! Thank you Kelly!!

Was in town for a wedding and scheduled a hair and makeup appointment. The salon is really lovely inside and everyone was so nice! Cate did a beautiful job on my hair, I have a LOT and the updo looks lovely and was very secure for a night of dancing. Samantha listed to my preferences and was great to work with for my makeup. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic spa experience. I booked the signature massage, facial, and seasonal body wrap. Kelly did a great job explaining how my services would work and confirming that I didn't have any sensitivity to the essential oils they would be using in the treatments. My massage was very relaxing and tailored to my needs. Tracey did my body wrap and facial. The body wrap is so relaxing and comforting. After dry brushing and moisturizer application, you are cocooned and have a weighted blanket put on top. It's so comforting and relaxing. The facial was also perfect and well tailored to my needs. This experience is different from any other spa I've been to and I really enjoyed it. My husband and I are already planning to go back for a couples massage in the fall!

Had the most amazing (and relaxing) facial and massage at Sadona. The oxygen facial was recommended and did not disappoint! The massage was the perfect combination of relaxation and restoration. The staff is a pleasure to interact with and I always look forward to returning!

I am a long term Sadona client. My experiences have been nothing less than perfect every visit. The stylist's are professional, knowledgeable and truly interested in creating the look you want. Front desk personnel are very welcoming and helpful. What I like most at Sadona is the atmosphere, much more than a hair salon, it is a luxurious spa that helps you feel special.

I can't recommend this place enough! I always feel so special and taken care of at Sadona. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the amazing staff go above and beyond to make even a simple haircut feel like you're being pampered! I wish I could give Sadona 10 stars!! I have the most wonderful experience every time I enter the building. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are treated to endless kindness and beauty, as well as the fabulous treatments! Ana at the front desk is always so accommodating and friendly, she goes above and beyond to help me book my services and understand the newest Sadona offerings. My hair always turns out shiny and beautiful thanks to Jordan, and everyone is so helpful in the spa. Samantha and Tracy are very helpful in teaching me about my skin and what products to use. Overall, 10/5 stars, I recommend this place to all my friends!

If you ever want to feel like a star go to Sadona. The first time I went was with my sister on her birthday to get a facial. Samantha was the esthetician that assisted us and she was AMAZING! super nice, took her time, and made my skin glowy. I have acne prone skin and after going to Sadona I have seen improvement with my skin. All the staff I have interacted with are amazing and I will be going to Sadona at least once every other month. I think the prices are fair since they use quality products and the experience is superb. 10/10 would recommend to treat your self at this spa.

More than just a hair cut! Recently trimmed all of my head hairs, not just a single one as is oft advertised with these things. And several inches! It look good...Best I've had in a dogs age. And the most recent. I've been going to Sadona for years. Jordan rulez. The staff is very accommodating, in the past they have helped set up complicated procedures as well.

Omg girls this place is amazing!!!!! They treat you like queens and it has a cool environment. I had a facial and it was my very first one. And guess what? I loved it!!! 😍 It was the best experience. They are delicate, they care about you and ask about any allergies. Additionally, they teach you about your skin and the recommendations are top! Please go!! You would never regret it!

So incredibly disappointed with our experience with Sadona. My husband and I just got married and planned a spa day to unwind and relax after all the business of wedding planning. We booked a couples facial and massage over a month in advance, and had been so excited for it. Our appointment was confirmed the day before, and we were even asked to move our appointment time by 30 minutes, which we were happy to do. On the day of, we arrived, changed into our robes and slippers, and were then informed that our services had been booked separately and in separate rooms, rather than together in the couples room. The staff was apologetic, but were unable to accommodate us later in that day, or even within the next two weeks. What was supposed to be a day of celebration and relaxation became a day of disappointment, confusion, and frustration. Edit: While the staff were kind and apologetic, they were not able to offer us any services in the same room, as the owner’s reply states. We were given the options to have our treatments totally separate (which is not what we booked), or to reschedule all together. Given that this was a day meant to celebrate our new beginning as newlyweds and spend quality time together, we opted to try to reschedule our services for another day. However, the spa was unable to accommodate us and had no options that worked with our flexible schedule. While we sympathize with the staff who were left with open schedules, the spa was unable to provide us with any of the “couples” services we had originally booked. I wish that we had been given clearer communication prior to arriving. Luckily we were able to schedule a spa day with all the same services at a spa in DC for the next day. Second edit (as I’ve just seen the owner’s response): It was disappointing that a mistake was made regarding our reservation for couples services. Again, while everyone on the staff was very kind and apologetic, they did not offer us any services in the couples room— in fact they told us that the couples room had been booked by someone who had made their reservations earlier than we did. While we were disappointed that things didn’t work out, we did not make any “demands,” as the owner asserts. I should also note that the owner was not present during our time at the spa, so that may be part of why our experience is being mischaractarized. One would think that a small business would use this experience and this negative review to improve their systems and their communication, rather than accusing their customers of lying. Mistakes do happen, but the owner’s responses below are unprofessional and alarming.

Came in for a blowout for a wedding, my stylist was pretty good and my hair did come out nicely even though I wasn't really asked much about how I wanted it to look (usually for blowouts they'll ask if you want a little flip on the end or stick straight). Only concern was that when I booked it I was told it would be $40 and then it ended up being $50 which was a little confusing... but would still recommend this place if you're in town and looking to get your hair done for an event

Highly, highly recommend! I have been looking for a new salon for a while, because my true and trusted salon in VA, which I have been going to for almost 20 years, is just too far away after me leaving my job in DC and taking over a small business in Annapolis. The Receptionist, Anna, consulted with me, spent the time to understand my concerns of finding a new colorist, and asked me a bunch of questions before she recommended Elena for my specific texture and needs. So, I gave it a (nervous) try. And I am so glad that I did! I could not be happier. Wonderful service, great result. I found my new Salon in Annapolis. Yes, they are pricey but worth every penny! If you have high expectations from your stylist and salon, you should definitely give Sadona Salon + Spa a try. I also had an eyebrow tinting done and I am happy with the result as well.

I had a prenatal message. It was wonderful. The swelling in my Legs went way down! It was very relaxing. Jasmin was my tech. The spa is Clean and Safe. Very nice. The robes were the softest I have ever used at a spa. The lockers were easy and spacious. I also got a blow out with curling iron the next morning. She was wonderful and even helped my hair color with a purple shampoo. Very professional. I am very happy.

Kara did an amazing job with my long hair, she listened to all my ideas and concerns, then finished with a great style. The most perfect & charming spa in downtown Annapolis. Their treatments are wonderful & they have limited edition treatments which are lovely celebrations of the season! They have adjusted to COVID & enacted appropriate guidelines to keep guests and staff safe. Wonderful experiences all the same!
