Absolutely amazing! I came to visit from Georgia and I got a oxygen facial here. The customer service was incredible and it felt so relaxing I did not want to leave. The bed was very warm and cozy!my face was dry from hiking but now it's refreshed!

I had a frustrating experience here today. My mom called last Tuesday at 10:40am and booked a couples massage for us today 11/27 at 5pm. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, and when someone finally showed up, she told us there was no appointment for us at all under her account (my mom has visited before) so there wasn’t even just a date mix up. She didn’t apologize or try to understand what went wrong—just blamed us and came off very condescending. While I’ve heard great things about the massages, the customer service was lacking. It would have been nice if they made an effort to resolve the issue or at least apologized for the mix-up. Very disappointing. We have confirmed the number we called and everything on our end.

My husband and I got a couples massage and it was AMAZING! Brenda and Beau did great at helping us feel good and catering to our needs. I have TMJ, and Brenda did an excellent job on my jaw, neck, and face to relieve my tension. My husband and I loved it!

I have been visiting Safe Haven, monthly, since September 2023. I have had various types of massages and have had the pleasure of seeing almost all the MTs there. Every one of them are outstanding. Not only that, I even had a facial a few months ago. My very first ever and it was heavenly! The owner is committed to helping clients in whatever their therapy needs are, be it healing, de-stressing or relaxing. She has employed some of the best MTs with her establishment.

I haven’t felt this calm and tension free in FOREVER! Everyone was so kind and took such good care of me. I got a self-care package with a massage and facial. My massage therapist and esthetician were each so kind and helped me to relax a ton. During my massage, Michaela was a pro at focusing on where my tension was and pinpointing it. Both Michaela and my esthetician wrote me personalized notes at the end to make recommendations. It almost felt like a medical experiment with how knowledgeable and professional everyone was. 10/10 will be returning!!

I’ve had a handful of Swedish massages before but the best so far was with Beau here at Safe Haven. He’s so thorough, very communicative, and wants you to have a good experience. He also did reflexology on my feet (which are prone to plantar fasciitis) and they have never felt better. Thank you for the amazing experience!

I had an amazing facial at Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center in Springville, UT! The environment was incredibly relaxing, and the esthetician was professional and caring. My skin felt rejuvenated, soft, and glowing afterward. Highly recommend their facials—definitely a 10/10 experience! Perfect spot for self-care.
