I visited Sage looking for a new esthetician and a go-to spot for Botox touch-ups. I booked a facial with Connie, who was so sweet and welcoming. She started by analyzing my skin to pinpoint any problem areas and recommended a HydraFacial. The treatment was incredible—my skin was glowing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I also scheduled a Botox touch-up with Jamieson, who took the time to consult with me about the areas that would benefit most. The results exceeded my expectations! Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning for monthly facials and Botox touch-ups!

The staff at SAGE Health and Wellness were incredibly welcoming, and professional. I defiantly must sound off my experience with SAGE, again staff provide outstanding services on my first visit and first microneedling treatment. As a first-time client the process was quick and easy The team focused on my major facial concerns that I have been dealing with for over a decade, enlarged pores, acne scarring and wrinkles. After my treatment, I received follow up calls, regarding my recovery, wellbeing, and progress. Microneedling made significant positive impact on my skin. Microneedling has significantly reduced the appearance of my scarring, pores, and fine lines. I particularly appreciated the experience results within a few days. My skin led to smoother complexion and reduced scar visibility . The team’s ability to clear understanding my concerns has shown promising results. This is a great new medspa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very warmly. Every staff member was welcoming and kind. The facility itself is gorgeous as well, with modern and clean decor that makes you feel relaxed during your visit. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into each detail, from the top-notch equipment, to the comfy recliners. I’ve been seeing Connie for hydrafacials for a while now and came to visit her since she moved to this spa. She is the only person I trust to give my oily skin a deep clean. She is very detail oriented and ensures each little pore is cleared out during every facial. I swear my skin texture has improved drastically because of her! All in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place that provides a luxurious spa experience and effective skin treatments!

Connie is absolutely amazing! I recently had a facial with her, and it was hands down the best skincare experience I've ever had. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sage! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the luxurious ambiance and state-of-the-art facility. Everything is brand new, and you can tell they've invested in top-tier equipment to provide the best services possible. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs and made me feel completely at ease. I've tried several treatments, including Botox, IV hydration, and a Hydrafacial, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Their ketamine therapy and weight management programs are very interesting. Definitely a new approach to wellness. I had my first ever hydro facial and buccal massage with Connie. It was a week prior to my nephews wedding, and the whole week I received random compliments on my glowing skin 🧏🏻‍♀️! From start to finish, Connie was very professional, knowledge, and had a calm demeanor. She explained everything before the process so I could anticipate what I’d be experiencing — no surprises. I had a skin analysis and know what I can improve on going forward, and I’m a lover of Connie’s hydrofacial so will be building it into my routine budget and not saving it just for a special occasion. The buccal massage was well worth the pain, I tend to clench and grind my teeth and it felt like a deep tissue to release all the knots / tightness in my jaw. The Sage space is beautiful, clean, and a great place to practice self-care with Connie.

I would not recommend coming here. There were innumerable problems. They send out the intake forms before the appointment, but I do not believe all of them were accessible. I arrived and another form needed to be filled out, which could have easily been done prior. I took it as a minor concern, but then I was told that I would not be starting my facial and needed to get 12 different shots of my face for my portfolio. I was never told any of this. Your chin and jaw are placed on a machine that was difficult to stay stationed because the rolling chair was challenging due it moving and I have a strain in my leg. The manager agreed to not continue, and I started my facial with Constance (Connie). She mildly scolded me for not understanding their side. I did understand but at the same token this was not the fault of a customer for the litany of so many problems that had arisen consecutively. Basic respect can go a long way by the esthetician. Constance (Connie) did my facial and it was mediocre at best. She never asked me about my skin type which was telling. She also never provided a mirror so I could see what she exactly did, and the gunk jar after the facial is typically shown but was not by her. I want to credit the manager for listening to my concerns and offering a refund though I never had expected it. I think the only person who was actually doing her job was the manager.

Consulting with Minh and the Sage staff provided a confronting level of expectation about the experience and it was transformative. This will be my new med spa! I’ve been waiting for a place to get all my med spa needs from Botox, IV bags, skin analysis, and Hydrofacials as well as injections shot for energy and weight loss. This place has it all! All staff are very informative, knowledgeable, and caring. I did a hydro facial with microderm and a skin analysis before it order to understand what my skin needs. Connie was my aesthetician and she was AMAZING! She was gentle so it was painless but yet with enough force to really get all the gulk out of my pores/skins. I instantly saw results and my skin has never liked better. I’ve gotten countless compliments on my skin with each person I see. I will definitely be back and recommend Sage to everyone!

Walked into the facility to a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The ambiance and decor had a very modern and chic vibe. I was greeted in the front and offered water and hot tea. I came for a Hydrafacial which included a skin analysis which the esthetician walked me through. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and continue to answer questions and treatments catered to my skin concern. I will be coming back in two weeks for another treatment.

I cannot stress how gorgeous this place is. I love luxury; beautiful places, and beautiful spaces. This place definitely sets the standard for minimal and luxurious in terms of med spas. My skin is pretty nice overall, but hitting my current age, you start to accumulate some dark sunspots. My goal in coming was to remove my dark sunspots so that my skin would like great without makeup again, so glad I went :) When I first came, I was greeted by the super sweet staff. They listened to my concerns and intentions, and based on my skin goals, suggested laser therapy. I got a facial analysis, where my face was photographed through 4 types of lighting. It was really neat, I got to see what my skin type was (to see if the skincare products I was using was appropriate for my skin), my wrinkle level, pore tightness level, and dark spots level. There was definitely a lot that needed to be done lol After that, my med spa specialist recommended pico laser therapy, which is supposed to superficially penetrate the upper layers of your skin since that's where most of your dark spots are located. Before the laser therapy, she put on a layer of numbing cream so that I wouldn't feel the laser on my face. When the laser therapy started, I was so nervous that it would hurt because my fiance did it before (to reduce his pore size) and said that it felt like snapping rubber bands lol. But it didn't hurt at all! I'd say it felt more like small soap bubbles bursting on your skin lol I think that waiting out the 20 min of numbing cream really helped :) So don't rush that process! It was a quick and easy experience overall, I'd definitely do it again. The laser zaps the dark sunspot pigments to break them up in the superficial and slightly deeper layers of your skin. Currently, my skin is in the healing stage; the sunspots are a little darker because my skin is healing and the dark sunspot pigments are rising to the higher layers of the skin, making them more visible (so a bit darker than they originally were). I'm starting to notice a bit of crusting on some of the dark sunspots, which indicates skin healing. Can't wait to enter the next phase of skin healing and rejuvenation when all the dark sunspot pigments have surfaced to the upper part of my skin and slough off :) Def Lindsay Lohan skin goals (I'm sure this is what she did to remove her freckles and sunspots) :) Thanks for an amazing experience and quality care, will be back for more laser (if necessary) and my preventative botox :) Thanks again!! :)

If you’re in San Jose, you’ve got to check out Sage Health and Wellness—a brand new med spa that took over the space for Abel Printing. Look for a chandelier, they don't have signage yet. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. They greeted me right away and offered tea or water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Pro tip: After booking your appointment, check your email for consent forms. Filling them out ahead of time will save you some time when you arrive. The space is cozy, and I was offered a blanket before settling into their super comfy recliners. My nurse, Natalie, was fantastic—so skilled and gentle. She placed the IV in a different spot then what I’m used to. I could still move my arm comfortably, making it easy to get some work done. They also have laptop stands and Wi-Fi, which was super convenient. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other services and highly recommend nurse Natalie to anyone looking for IV treatments in the area.
