I had Lauren and she was absolutely amazing !! She gave me a lot of insight and guidance, and I felt much more relaxed and energized walking out. I also felt energetically refreshed. She is a professional at what she does and you can tell she genuinely likes it. Also, it is my birthday and she gifted me a really nice bracelet and some stickers which I also appreciated. Very amazing, warm business and would recommend. Will be back. I had loads of body pain that I was harboring for a while and she got rid of it all, my body feels great again!!! Thank you!

Visited sage roots the other day. I received a 90 minute massage and reiki session. WOOOW I can not describe how amazing Lauren is. The massage was relaxing with nice music. But her reading was spot on! Definitely left feeling lighter and clear headed. Thank you again Lauren.

I just finished a 2 hr mind and body healing experience with Lee. I was blown away! The massage was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Lee really focused on my troubled hip and thigh and broke up lots of fascia and tightness. Her Reiki Healing was incredible! She became so intuned with my energy and opened up my spirit which had been blocked by some trauma. I could feel the healing and warmth soaking in. I’ve already made future appointments with Lee! 5 stars!!!

I went here for the 1st time today and I got a reiki massage with Eo Lee. She was absolutely amazing! I haven't had a session done since 2022, so my energy was off. I feel so refreshed, energized and much lighter! I'm so glad I found this place online because I'll definitely be back. Great experience! Thank you 😍😍😍

Absolutely love this place! Lauren is amazing! I did a massage and reiki session and Lauren was so spot on in her analysis. I felt as if a weight had been lifted and my mind felt so clear. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing. We’ve been a few times prior to today and had fabulous experiences with all different activities and massages. They hit a pretty major snag on their end today for our appointment and Lauren went far beyond out of her way to figure out a solution. I can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait for today.

Lauren is a true gift! Went in for my first massage and reiki experience and it was amazing and exactly what my body needed. Lauren was able to guide me through the whole process and all of her insight was very applicable to my life. The massage was amazing. I feel like a weight has been lifted. Highly recommend.

I did the mind body package with a 90min massage and 30 min reiki session with Lauren. As soon as I walked in the door Lauren was really welcoming, we got started right away. She took the time to get to know me and gave me time for me to relax before the massage. The massage and reiki was relaxing and I felt great afterward. I enjoyed the burning of the sage. I didn't have any issues during the session. However, at the end when Lauren was providing the details of my reiki session, I felt Lauren became unprofessional. She used micro aggressions and derogatory - insulting - terms to describe the people in my life - it kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I didn't get that sense before our session. I'm not sure what gave her the ok to go from what felt like being in the presence of a professional to repeating the insulting phrases and terms several times in her feedback of my reiki session. It wasn't until I got home and reflected on my session that I realized why I felt good physically because the reiki worked wonders but I felt kind of off put over descriptors. I had hoped to make this my home for massages and reiki but after what I was told and after some reflection on my experience I decided it didn't sit right with me which is really unfortunate. I'm not sure if I will be back. If I do return I will schedule an appointment with someone else. I hope Lauren can realize through self awareness what terms can be offensive to others and how it can come across as unprofessional. Just because we talked for a bit doesn't mean its ok to describe the people in my life in the way they were described. There's always way more to someone's story than what was told. I hope this is a learning experience. Otherwise, the space was inviting and Lauren did her best to drown out the construction outside and leaf blowers with the relaxing music which was out of her control. I enjoyed the choice of tunes, which helped me relax too.

I got a 60 minute reiki session with the owner Lauren. It was obvious that although she may be an intuitive type, she has white washed the practice and isn't capable of providing a safe space for women of color. She utilized micro aggressions against me during our session and I hope no one else has to go through this.

I had a massage and a reiki session done with Lauren. The connection I had with Lauren was instant! She made me feel very comfortable within seconds of meeting her. The massage was relaxing. My reiki session and the messages she received were spot on and after I had a release of emotions and the place was safe enough for me to do so. Will be back to see Lauren again!

I had my first in person reiki and massage session with Lauren, the owner of the spa, and it was a great experience. The set up of the spa is serene and calm. I knew I mommy chakras needed a lot of balancing… the experience was so helpful and Lauren was so nice. The spa is in a great part of Dallas and easy to access.

I have been to a couple solo reiki sessions and I LOVED every minute of it. Ashley is really intuitive and an awesome healer. I have also taken Reiki 1 with both Ashley and Lauren and I can tell you they are the most wonderful people you will ever meet. If you are looking to get healed on a spiritual level or take some Reiki classes, Sage Roots is the place to be.

I absolutely love Ashley and Lauren!! I have been coming to the spa now for 2 going on 3 years and I probably will never leave lol. I love the sacredness and how private and secluded I feel when I come for my massage and reiki session. I always leave feeling refreshed, revived, renewed and just a sense of rejuvenation. I know that I have grown tremendously through the Reiki sessions, meditations and the Past Life Regression because they have helped me see a clearer picture and path for my life. I would definitely recommend all the services with Sage Roots Women's Spa because there just comes a time in your life that you need to start taking care of you and focus on your healing.

I recently came here for a massage and reiki session with Ashley. It was a decompression for me, and a chance to do something for myself! The location is a beautiful set up, and very warm and inviting. I felt very safe with all the craziness right now with Covid. Ashley was so kind and sweet. Everything she used in both treatments was so thoughtful from the essential oils to creating a note that I could take home based on my reiki session. I would absolutely recommend trying Sage Roots out. I will definitely be back!

Informative, intuitive, healing and magical. If you book here you will feel miracles start to happen as soon as your session is over. I wish I would have discovered reiki sooner. I had a phone session and everything was awesome. Timely.. prompt, sweet, sincere, honest and very professional. Lauren knows exactly what she’s doing. ! A definite must book.

I went to get Reiki for the first time and the experience exceeded my expectations. Lauren was able to read me so well and give me really useful insights that I can use to get closer to my goals. Everything she said was spot on and relevant to what is happening in my life. I am looking forward to my next session and to bringing my mom and sister for a session next time they visit Dallas.
