A centering peace and refreshing experience with friends old and new at Sage Sauna. I was looking for something deep, warm and experiential for my birthday and got just what I wanted! I love how the atmosphere is outdoors, welcoming and laid back all at the same time! I cozied up with a scarf afterwards with friends!

I coordinated a group of 7 (friends&family) to do a session at Sage Sauna, it was great fun! Everyone was curious, excited and very impressed with the whole experience and hope to do again!

Sage Sauna has been a terrific experience, always clean and well managed. After having some lower back issues Sage Sauna, along with physical therapy has been a healing experience for me. I love it 😍.

Such a relaxing and fun experience for my wife and I on our date night. This was our first ever sauna. The heat was perfect! We’ll definitely be back.

So cool they have this in Knoxville! It was a great activity to do on a cold snowy day. Sam was great to chat with and he came in a few times to add steam and delicious smelling oils. This is kind of a pop up operation, so it's best to have a swimsuit under your clothes when you go. They do have a private changing tent for after. There is usually an outdoor shower to cool off and rinse after, though it was way too cold to run it when I went. There's also a cozy fire right outside the sauna. There's not really a good place to put your face back on after it's been melted off, even in the bar next door. Which was not a problem, just wanted to make ppl aware. Maybe go for the waterproof mascara and hope for the best! Totally worth it!

Sage Sauna is amazing. Christina (sp?) and Sam are gracious and knowledgeable hosts. I love that they are local folks with a local business. Christina took time to talk about how their sauna was made and why the method/materials are important in a world of fast growing sauna use.

We had an incredible time at Sage Sauna. Host was cheerful and informative, accommodations were top notch, and experience was amazing and eye-opening to how great the sauna made me feel afterwards. Looking forward to next opportunity.

Absolutely an amazing experience!! Found the 45 minute session very relaxing and therapeutic. Will be booking another session real soon. Have told all my family and coworkers about Sage Sauna and how great my experience was.

We absolutely basked in this amazing sauna experience on a cold January Sunday…it was the absolute best! We are going again this (same) month. The sauna itself is so beautiful, the setting is low-key and quiet. Christina was operating it when we were there and she is a lovely person very knowledgeable about sauna. It’s all quite self-explanatory when you arrive and Christina is there is help or answer questions. There’s a small explanation at the start, then you go at your own pace. I was a novice, but my European husband has done a lot of sauna - we both enjoyed it immensely. It would also be super nice with a small group of friends or family. There were six total people in our time slot and it did not feel crowded at all. 10/10 recommend!

I can't recommend the Sage Sauna experience enough! What a perfect pairing of a wood fired sauna at a micro-brewery setting. I love the concept and hope the novel idea catches on elsewhere. Christina was an incredible host and made sure it was a super smooth and enjoyable experience. This was the perfect ending to my trip in the Knoxville/Smoky Mountains area.

Super grateful that this exist in Knoxville (in an awesome area of town on top of it) and most importantly is run by amazing people that you can feel their passion and care that is put into the experience! From the beautiful natural wood sauna, to the overall energy created with the space, I couldn’t recommend this more and will definitely be part of my regular routine moving forward!

Had a great experience at Sage Sauna! The host was very friendly and accommodating. The sauna was at 170 degrees which was amazing! You could see out of the end of the sauna which was neat because we thought it might be claustrophobic. I loved the smell of the essential oils that they brought in. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back!

I have been twice so far with friends and really enjoyed the experience! We've only done the weeknight social booking so far - one time we were with another group for a full house, and the other time it was just five of us. The whole experience is carefully curated by the owner who is attentive and seems to adapt to the group's dynamic well (more sociable or more quiet/meditative). The sauna itself was very refreshing, and my skin felt so smooth after. Love the essential oil steam infusions, too!

I loved my first Sage Sauna experience! We went on a chilly, rainy day, and the hot sauna was such a retreat. The aromatherapy added a lot to the experience, too. It felt clean and cozy. I'll definitely go again soon!

I was skeptic about a mobile sauna, but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The process is well organized and I absolutely loved the essential oils added to the heat to make it an even more transformative experience. Additionally, having a large window behind the wood fire makes it feel much larger instead of feeling claustrophobic like most saunas make you feel. Definitely give this place a try!

Immediate access to this type of experience in Knoxville is genuinely thrilling! Evenly heated, clean and spacious, it's hard to think of a better list for relaxation. After a few rounds even I, being extremely cold natured, used their shower and water station, further enhancing my experience. I highly recommend this to anyone interested!

I’ve had two sessions with Sage Sauna so far and both experiences were incredible! First time was a private booking with friends and the second time was a public social booking with a couple friends and a few new faces. Everyone was really chill and friendly. The owners are so nice and welcoming too! I highly recommend for a date night or fun gathering with friends. And the best part is being able to grab a beer at Trailhead afterwards! Both times I felt rejuvenated and had the best night’s sleep.

This was my first time in an outdoor sauna and now I'm hooked! I loved how energized and happy I felt after the experience and I cannot wait to do it again. The owner was super friendly. She checked us in and got us started in the sauna right away, offering up aromatic steams throughout our time there. It was just so perfect.

Sage sauna is the best thing to come to Knoxville! First timers or sauna fanatics are going to love it. The vibes are hot and the sauna is even hotter. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to take care of your body!
